Why don't you loose Yahoo News. your hurricane story is over 36 hours old and a joke along with just about everything that Yahoo News "reports on". Are you guys ever realize that this kind of reporting only damages what is left of the AOL reputation.

This new mail format is horrible. It wasn't broke so why did you try to fix it? It takes umpteen clicks to leave the email site. Totally a waste of time. And while your at it, fire the mentally ******** college boy who came up with this new format.

EMAILS, EMAILS, EMAILS, EMAILS...
EVER SINCE YOU PEOPLE AT AOL DECIDED TO CHANGE TO A NEW EMAIL SET UP, IT TAKES FOREVER LOAD. IF IT EVEN LOADS UP. SOMETIMES IT TAKES MORE THAN 90 SECONDS TO LOAD THE EMAILS. WE WOULD REALLY LIKE IF YOU FIXED THIS CONCERN OR JUST GO BACK TO THE OLD ONE.

About the recent redesign, I have three criticisms/suggestions:
1) When I do a word search, I need to search in deleted files, too. Sometimes a missing message is there, after all, but I am no longer able to extend my searches that far — or if there is a way to do it, I don't know what it is.
2) NOW, when I copy and paste a prepared letter into the message box, I get a space between every paragraph so that the letter goes on endlessly with all these spaces. Please get rid of that feature. This drives me crazy because I have to manually fix the…4859th ranked -

Do not include horoscopes on your home page or at least offer the choice of seeing them - I do not want to see horoscopes -co
