AOL sent me an email containing my comment and someone who responded to the comment actually writing that they would kill me if they found me.

Do not allow obvious SCAM merchandisers such as the one which offers eyeglasses that "adjust automatically" , which is impossible !!
So many Senior citizens are drawn to ordering these eyeglasses as replacements to optometrically prescribed ones. TOTAL SCAM, and there are others as well. AOL should bear the responsibility to weed out these type of scammers before being to allowed to place their ads.

Three days ago I deleted all of my old comments that were made to various AOL news articles. Today I am signed in to AOL, and I went to post a comment. When I tried to post, a pop up message showed up on the bottom right of the comments box that says "Sign Up to Post". I am already signed up? What is going on?

Better customer service and resolving AOL users! Better monitoring tools, so users' don't feel discriminated!
No one in AOL can help or care to look into the issue I have with AOL rejecting all my comments on the Community.

STOP posting offensive ads on my AOL page!!
Remove all offensive and inappropriate CRITEO ads from my AOL page. I repeatedly report them as "Not Appropriate" and they continue to appear.

Over the last few days, my DESKTOP has not been able to access AOL email. But my phone has no problem. Everytime I try to sign in on my desktop I'm presented with a 2 factor authentication....WHICH I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR!!!!! After authenticating, it claims "Authentication Failed. Failed to authenticate with AOL, please try again later". Yet, it works absolutely fine on my phone. I used the web page, and again, no problem signing in. But using the EMAIL.app on my Mac....."Authentication Failed". Everytime for the last 2 days. FIX YOUR EMAIL!!!

rev 11.1.5032 problem switching tabs
on 1/13/2026 I logged in like normal to aol desktop gold rev 11.1.5032 opened amazon on one tab then facebook on the next . I could not switch back to amazon tab it highlighted it but did not switch. talked to tech support he was useless I reinstalled an old copy I had rev 11.0.4112 and it works fine Please look into this with only one tab access it makes this useless .

Well, to start, how about making your entire AOL website user friendly!!!!! Without calling for help, there is no way you can find things.
I want to change myl contact information but there are no instructions on your website. Very very poor website! Last year you changed it from a good website to a bad website. Why would you do that? Now, I can't find anything. It's so frustrating I want to stop using AOL. I tried to call for help but was told I needed to pay. NOT good!!!!
How can I change my contacts? Terrible website.

Issue adding attachments
Issue adding a 7mb pdf file . When trying to send the email this comes up "Adding Attachment" followed up by "Message cannot be saved as a draft" error.

over 6 days + still can't sign in 99% of the time - NOW RECORY HAS REVERTTED BACK TO OPYIONS THAT WERE DELETED AWHILE BACK + when you do sign in security shows current options -

Block feature
To the aol editors: Please add a block feature to our homepage. On MSN I'm able to block specific news and magazine entities that I do not want to see on my homepage. If I accidently click on a People post I'm bombarded with People posts. FYI People is one I'd like to block. Also, Fox News. I want that blocked too. Make it easy on users if you would please. If MSN can do it, why not AOL?
