  8. Make it easier to add and especially delete credit cards in wallet. I added a verified credit card yet I cannot delete the existing card.

In wallet (which is difficult to find), once AOL has verified a new credit card, we should be able to delete the old credit card. I have yet been able to do that. I can delete the new card but can not delete the old card.

  10. Accessing aol.com mail on a chromebook using Chrome & Firefox browsers. Unable to open one mail folder to access the 2 subfolders inside.

While accessing my AOL mail account on aol.com on a Chromebook through both Chrome and Firefox browsers, I am unable to expand one of my folders to get to the two sub-folders within. The caret arrow to the left of the folder name changes direction but the folder doesn't expand.

  13. cancelling my billing instructions are not accurate

"Mesotheleoma" in my in-box Ad? WTF? Did it ever occur to AOL that whoever came up with the idea of putting ads IN my in-box could be working for your competition? (It's working!)
