Allow access to Google Chrome and other platforms not just Yahoo as per the recent update.
Recent AOL Gold update now limits internet access to Yahoo. Prior to the recent update I could access
Google Chrome directly from AOL Gold. Yahoo's internet reach is not as extensive as Google Chrome's.
Previous access to certain sites on Google Chrome are not available on Yahoo. The recent update to Yahoo
is actually limiting AOL subscribers' internet access while on the platform. Please return open access to
Google Chrome and other major platforms. I will terminate my subscription to AOL Gold if this problem is

Loading time to get to mail.aol.com is about 3-5 minutes on new MacBook Pro running version Tahoe 26.4.1 operating system. You technical dept told me to submit this on feedback page after they tried several things to resolve issue. Looking forward to a solution.

I am sick and tired of the garbage on the news feed. Is there a way to customize this? I used to be given stories from actual sources
Allow me to choose and customize the sources for my news feed. I am sick of the garbage from Parade and People magazine. I used to get stories from the LA Times and the Miami Herald, and now 58 out of 59 stories are pure **** and ads. Shape up already. Let your customers have an option

Stop adding ads between emails in inbox
The ads at the top of the inbox emails are enough - please remove the ads that are inserted in BETWEEN emails. These ads can't be removed and they get in the way of everything. They bump the emails around the ad, are distracting, are irrelevant, and so annoying that I am considering switching from AOL to another email provider.

Setting up ads within emails is just wrong. It's like a booby-trap waiting for the user to click on accidentally.
Don't do it. Placing ads within emails is absolutely the wrong thing to do to your clients. They are like booby-traps waiting for the user to click on accidentally. A little immoral.

Content not available due to your privacy settings
When using the DuckDuckGo standalone browser and accessing a random article on the AOL news page, the content inside, specifically videos, are automatically blocked and deemed as unavailable due to the privacy settings of the browser. Even after changing said privacy settings, the issue persists. Photos seem to load properly, and on other browsers (eg. Firefox), the issue doesn't arise.

Mailbox Subfolder Issue
Subfolder do not match between AOL and Mail apps and mail.aol.com.
The issue happen whenever I create or rename a folder as subfolder under folder category.

Banner Text For News Items Missing on Firefox, have to hit F5 key 4 times for text to appear. What is causing this?
About a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that the text next to the news banners was somehow gone. I am using Firefox and if I hit the F5 key usually 4 times the text will appear. What is causing this? This is the first time I have experienced this problem but it is still happening when I call up my home page AOL.COM Why does hitting the F5 key 4 times suddenly fix the problem? Any ideas of what is causing this?

The news feed on aol.com shows thepicture on the left but the text is blank on the right.
About a few weeks ago I noticed that the news feed on the AOL.com homepage wasn't working. I see the pictures but the text is missing. The news feed does cycle through the stories and I can go forward and back to display the various news items but the text for all the items is missing. Is there a setting for this?

I am legally blind and lately it is getting harder and harder to get in to see my mail. You list several ways to send code I can't see .
I am legally blind! Your recent changes have made getting in to see my mail difficult. You show several phone numbers for a code I can't see. You refer to a gmail address I don't very often. I use AOL, I do all my mail on AOL. I know there are security issues but can't there be a simpler way to sign in and see my mail. Craig

You could improve AOL by returning to original system format
Your present format is DIFFICULT TO MANAGE, DIFFICULT TO SAVE MESSAGES (sometimes impossible), DIFFICULT TO READ, DIFFICULT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO TRANSFER TO MY CELL PHONE and your, so-called "HELP" phone number is a JOKE. As i have stated before, you HAD a viable and user friendly system in place (I speak of the ORIGINAL AOL FORMAT). In short, it worked! Now it does not. Thus, I believe you have gone INSANE.

I have an idea - stop harassing me on every comment. I'm not cursing, making sexual comments.
I'm sick and tired of being "dinged" for every comment I make. At 71 years of age, I can well monitor my own words and I don't require anyone's review. This is harassment and I expect it to stop. My comment on Amal Clooney's short dress is nowhere near being offensive - so stop this ********.
