PLEASE restore the ALPHABETICAL SORT (A-Z) capability function for NEW MAIL
The above "improvement" is self explanatory. Sorting by date - whether newest to oldest or vice versa -is very often not as useful as the ability to sort by the sender information ALPHABETICALLY, Both types of SORT functions are useful at various times but why did you eliminate the ALPHABETICAL option. If the number of options is limited why not have one of each - one by date (NEWEST-OLDEST OR vice versa and one alphabetically (A-Z)

You can improve AOL by returning to the original AOL system. I will AGAIN delineate the drawbacks of this 'new' system.
New AOL is difficult to navigate, deletes messages automatically withour specific command, hard to read on line, NOT USER FRIENDLY. And AOL does NOT respond to my suggestions or improve the system. Please allow use of the old system.

I was unable to add or edit a contact or contact list. When I did edit & hit save, I got an error message "unable to save" I spoke to Alpha & he set me up with AOL basic, where I am able to edit contacts

Please STOP yourselves from inserting a SECOND ad banner hovering six lines down WITHIN my email.
Hello - AOL member since 1993 here. I don't mind the ad banner above my email, but the SECOND ad banner hovering six lines down WITHIN my email is TOO MUCH. It's invasive, obnoxious and presumptuous, and I don't think I'll be able to tolerate it for long. Please REMOVE it.

What happened to the security questions AOL

And it was definitely listed in my other account but I still couldn't use it because they gave no option to update a password. And then I got another email stating that email address didn't exist anymore, weird considering it was in my main account. AOL requires F5 to open.
The AOL carousel will not open on any of my browsers when I'm done reading a story and return to the carousel unless I hit the F5 key repeatedly. It does this on 3 browsers and on Mozilla it won't open at all.

aol app will not show up on dock; can't find in app store to restore
I have had aol mail for over 30 years and now it will not show up when i open my mac with safari ... i cannot find it to open a new app or even get it to show up on my doc. why did it disappear and the only way i can get my mail is to go to bookmark favorites every time i open my computer

Unable to enroll LifeLock
I have been trying to enroll "LifeLock" under my benefits but have been unsuccessful. Each time, a message saying "We seem to have trouble processing your request. Please try again...." I reached out to AOL support several times and they haven't been able to solve this issue. Hope someone from AOL reads this and helps me solve this issue.

Have customer service available to help with problems. I am on the verge of canceling my subscription.
This is unacceptable. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes trying to get tech support. Given that I pay money for your service, you could cough up a little of it to hire adequate tech support staff!!!!!
