  1. Have customer service available to help with problems. I am on the verge of canceling my subscription.

    This is unacceptable. I have been on hold for over 15 minutes trying to get tech support. Given that I pay money for your service, you could cough up a little of it to hire adequate tech support staff!!!!!

    Hello, I am experiencing a persistent layout issue on the main AOL homepage. The news images and slideshow photos are displaying without any accompanying text captions or headlines. This makes it difficult to understand the context of the stories being featured.I have tried clearing my browser cache and cookies, but the pictures still appear blank without captions. Please look into this technical bug or alt-text misconfiguration on the homepage. Thank you.

  4. Can't read replies to comments

    Once again, your IT people are cockin' around with the Comment section. And this morning, noticed that you even changed the amount of news articles customers can arrow through on the home page down to five. Every time someone tries to prove their worth, rather than switch things up, they ***** things up. Don't fix what ain't broken. Put things back the way they were. Yahoo's constant attempt to revamp AOL's existing format isn't working. The only result you'll see is customers dropping like flies.

    The issue is that within the "Conversation" comments section, the Notifications column isnt working properly. Even though it is showing the amount of replies or ratings my comments get, when I hit the blue icon to see them it tells me nothing is the

  15. Please remove ads between emails in inbox.

    I really enjoy using AOL Mail and appreciate how familiar and easy it is. The only issue is the new ad that appears in the middle of my inbox — it looks like a message and interrupts the flow. I would love to keep using AOL without that ad placement.

  18. GET THOSE ADDS OUT OF THE MIDDLE OF MY MAIL LISTS!!!!!!!!

    I all of a sudden have my email list cluttered up with adds. It used to be one add on the top of the list but now it's all through the list. If you're trying to make sure people stop using AOL you're definitely on the right track. Guess my Gmail account is now my primary and AOL will be a very distant second/back up. GOODBY AOL.
