  1. I have an idea - stop harassing me on every comment. I'm not cursing, making sexual comments.

    I'm sick and tired of being "dinged" for every comment I make. At 71 years of age, I can well monitor my own words and I don't require anyone's review. This is harassment and I expect it to stop. My comment on Amal Clooney's short dress is nowhere near being offensive - so stop this ********.

    It is crazzzzzzyyyyyyyyyyyyy to not support apostrophes and hyphens in names and deem them as "special characters" in 2026. Why is my name displaying as O'Hare.

  5. I cannot access my benefits page.

    I have a subscription to this very same aol email account and representatives confirms it, but no matter how much I've tried, I cannot seem to access mybenefits.aol.com, or even the benefits link email my previous rep had sent.

  10. Have been having problems with the news page when I open my account - page is blank. Please have this fixed since I do enjoy reading them.
