By ACTUALLY answering the question written.
How about the computer actually answering the question asked. I asked the question, "Do people eat Leopards?" Almost all responses I received were about how many humans are attacked and eaten by leopards. That is NOT what I asked. I have this problem ALL the time. Apparently the computer does not understand written English or else it doesn't know the correct order of words and how that asks a question. Not sure what the problem is but it needs to be improved.

The second letter typed in an AOL App on iPhone in the. Body of the email hops to after the preloaded Signature for no reason.
The browser freezes on a dark screen with no response on my iPhone 12. Is there an iPhone beta App for AOL as I always preferred AOL browser interface when I was a Gold Beta tester on a laptop via MS.

For $40 / month -- you could move the 'message deleted undo' dialogue somewhere else. You shove the ads in front of our faces AND collect payments to have the ads removed. You sell your email lists in the first place and faithfully deliver their spam. None of this is accidental. $40 / month should buy the best email client, but you would rather insult everyone instead. What an obscenely expensive shame!

dont de;lete peoples mailboxes without notifying alternate email/phone recovery...had a account since like 1992, erased after no login 1 yr
had a bunch of subscriptions, some paid, and my paypal on here forever... rarely log in just to check things, think email was created in 1992, didnt log in for a year till i needed to, and poof nothing there. they had my recovery email, recovery phone, history of rarely logging in, no notifications, just erased... 'nothing online ever goes away' people say... well except rarely used AOL addresses for subscription management :(

Use the black type for a whole page and Color aqua and red for one liners only.

You cannot improve AOL. I have used the same AOL email for 25 years and AOL is the laughingstock of the internet. I am ashamed to use my AOL address. Your news is so slanted that Lenin would approve. Test your ads
The ads that you place on the mail page are causing problems with loading pages. Maybe test them on all platforms first, or make them differently so they don't cause problems?

Make sure that your articles do NOT contain dangerous links
I just clicked on an article about Bobby Flay and got a loud, horrible sound and a giant message that my computer was locked down because I had clicked on a dangerous site. I will now be most careful about any messages on AOL and will probably get what little news is even offered by AOL elsewhere.
