  1. Comment "Report" and "Mute" function no longer available

    Every time one of your IT / Programming people change things up; you make it worse than it was to begin with. Not only has it become a pain, with unnecessary steps to view posts, now the "Report" and "Mute" functions are no longer available. The "up" arrow to share or copy a remark on other social media outlets is of less importance than when your AI censors don't catch obscenities or personal attacks and there's no way to remove the venomous rhetoric from the comment forum.   2. Why did you remove the Move option on new messages?

    The update from Sept 30 2025 removed the Move option when you are reading a new email, which I used a lot. While it's ok to have more Reply options, now you need to go to old mail to move messages to a folder.

  4. AD Free on AOL App

    I have AOL Ad-Free Mail on my computer and I pay for it monthly. As of last week, the AOL APP keeps pushing me to buy ad free for my phone. After I delete an add, the pop-up keeps showing up and I do not want it or for it to pop-up all the time/every time I delete an add. I only want it on my computer because I pay for it monthly. Please make it stop on my phone I am not well and it's very annoying and it takes up too much of my time!

  9. How about being less obvious in your political preferences? There is a huge peace deal to be signed soon and AOL remains silence.

    Would AOL be less obvious in its political preference? There is a huge and historic peace deal closed to be finalized and you people do not publish any news about it. Why? Because it is the other political party involved, because it is DT who is behind it? I also have been with AOL for about 30 years and it is a shame that AOL shows to be so obvious and anti-american.

  13. Your Marketing Preferences page doesn't work

    I already have all my preferences set to Off in https://marketingpreferences.aol.com/ for years. But I still receive marketing emails from AOL, like the monthly "Important Benefit Notification Regarding your AOL Plan" and today AOL and Norton 360. I don't have Norton 360, the email is purely marketing. Many times I've clicked "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of these emails, and my preferences are already all set to Off. So your Marketing Preferences web page doesn't work correctly. Please fix. I'm not going to bend over backwards and create an email filter. You just need to fix your preferences so they're not…

  16. advert on screen in webmail

    As of today 8th Oct 2025, a new and obstructing advertisement panel has appeared at the bottom of my screen. I can now see only 8 lines of what is in my inbox. (of thousands of lines) . Its unreasonable. AND DISHONEST eg it says it has found 2 car finance agreements in my name, when it hasn’t GET RID OF IT. A single line looking like an email was bad enough, this is totally intolerable.

  18. Improve your recovery set up and realize not everyone has all the newer means of communicating.

    Treat people as honest with integrity when trying to simply retrieve their lost account. There have to be ways to ensure the person is who they say other then listed retrieval devices. Please take it seriously and good bye.

  19. I like to see less ads that promote Dr Fraud fake cures for tinnitus

    Mr. Oz is not knowledgeable about osteoarthritis nor tinnitus when all I see to observe that he’s known for being a weight loss guru. I like to see ads removed and to see real news in place of annoying ads that has no place in AOL and Yahoo
