Make sure that your articles do NOT contain dangerous links
I just clicked on an article about Bobby Flay and got a loud, horrible sound and a giant message that my computer was locked down because I had clicked on a dangerous site. I will now be most careful about any messages on AOL and will probably get what little news is even offered by AOL elsewhere.

Better tools to manage emails
The ability to automatically filter by sender, etc. and send the email to a folder is great. The ability to selectively search with filter is also good, but suggestion on date. In addition to selecting on start and end or last 7 days, etc. I would like to set filters and/or actions on emails "older than" timeframes. For example, find all emails older than 4 months... probably never going to read them if they are that old. On folders maybe set auto-deletes on folders for eMails older than 6 months.

Get rid of or fix the Carrabbas ad that you area running in mail.
Running aol mail and ads on the right. Understand that., But when the Carrabbas ad opens, it hijacks my browser, opens a new tab, and then covers what I was originally reading. UNACCEPTABLE malicious code. Either force Carrabbas to fix their code so the ad only appears like all other ads or get rid of the ad. Tired of having my browser hijacked by this one ad

Get rid of constant AOL popups.
AOL does not seem to get the hint that I am NOT going to turn off my ad blockers. This constant barrage of popups asking me to "improve" my AOL experience by turning them off is not just friendly requests but constant harassment every time I turn a page. I'm paying customer and should not have to put up with this harassment.
I'm seriously thinking that switching to a new browser might be in order.
Once a person says NO, I think you should get the hint.

STOP ASKING FOR A NEW PASSWORD MONTHLY!!!!
You now have asked for my password to be changed 4 times in the last four months. WHY WHY. ANNOYING. How many do you think I can remember? I have to sign in or get a email to a diff account or a phone call and then have to change again. IS AOL HAVING A SECURITY ISSUE THAT CUSTOMERS SHOULD KNOW ABOUT? If not, why the constant change?

Abby Perez in Rochester, NY stabbed to death by new baby's father
I worked with Abby up until she was 8.5 months pregnant with her 3rd child. Her baby's father stabbed her to death on Thursday 08/14/25. Her oldest child's father is caring for all 3 children even though the youngest 2 are not his. He has started a gofundme page because he's paying for everything including Abby's funeral and cremation. Can you please post this on aol.com ?

when searching emails by contact, half the RE: title line is obliterated by a right side panel of useless statistics.
when searching emails by contact, allow the right panel of statistics to be closed or moved out of the way. I cannot find the email I am searching for (that is the purpose of the search) if half of the RE: line is missing.

Make secondary verification optional, customer choice. If A needs code from B, B needs code from A; impossible. If B needs code from D, D from E, etc, etc, intinity effort; never access any. If need second password, or security question answer from customer to improve security, then allow option.

Attempting to pay a bill.
I wish to pay an overdue bill of $16.22 from AOL. I cannot perform this function over the phone.My phone will not accept incoming calls, only outgoing calls. My primary email address is unavailable.
