  9. Stop the "Next Page" stories. They are a waste of space since most people ignore them after the first page.

    Put in its place, real stories that people want to read, IN A FORMAT that doesn't try one's patience to the point of skipping the article(s) and advertising that goes along with the articles' pages.

  10. ONLY NEGATIVE HEADLINES

    AOL is the only email I have ever had. If there was a way I could bypass the opening page and go straight to mail I would. Opening headlines are always negative, always trying to point out everything "wrong", especially conservatives. All media is in the gotcha mode.

  14. Restore my previous SPAM settings so I don't have to label each Spam Mail as Not Spam in order to read it.

    AOL has decided to control the reading of my SPAM Mail. This is a VERY unwanted intrusion on my use of my account. Either allow me to read each Spam Mail directly, or lose a 30-year customer.

    No one is correct 100% of the time. Why do you always pick on Trump all the time? I believe Sleepy, Creepy and touchy feely Joe Biden is hardly ever correct on anything. He should be your Primary Target for abuse. He also has a record in the Obama Administration as VP.
