Make it easier to add and especially delete credit cards in wallet. I added a verified credit card yet I cannot delete the existing card.
In wallet (which is difficult to find), once AOL has verified a new credit card, we should be able to delete the old credit card. I have yet been able to do that. I can delete the new card but can not delete the old card.

Accessing aol.com mail on a chromebook using Chrome & Firefox browsers. Unable to open one mail folder to access the 2 subfolders inside.
While accessing my AOL mail account on aol.com on a Chromebook through both Chrome and Firefox browsers, I am unable to expand one of my folders to get to the two sub-folders within. The caret arrow to the left of the folder name changes direction but the folder doesn't expand.

The arrows don't seem to work. I have to keep recreating my catch all filter to keep it at the bottom.

cancelling my billing instructions are not accurate
I am trying to switch to a FREE AOL account from a paid one. The instructions say to go to My Subscriptions, Manage, and Change plan. The change plan only list more paid plans and not option to go to free plan.

I have to use a magnifying glass to read most articles. Most of your articles use only center part of the screen.

Comment Approval...
First you send an email stating that "Your comment on AOL was published." Then, you pull it off & there's a "Hold on, your comment is waiting for approval" messaged above the original shaded comment. Well, which is it AOL? Your customers are so over the AI system you currently have in place. And frankly, we question whether anyone actually reads these Feedback posts. Not to mention the thousands of them sitting on this feed.

Contacting AOL when an issue escalates past 24/7 help
Please have a number that people can use to contact your top people when a password issue has been escalated. It does no good to have to continue to call 24/7 help and wait for an hour or more each time to then not be able to talk to anyone who can actually help with the situation. Even your 24/7 people can't call these people and are not able to access anyone who can really help in an escalated situation. This is NUTS! I am a customer since dial up days; and I am a paying customer who cannot access…
