please replace the latest AOL app for Android.
Please replace the new app for Android. It doesn't allow to have a light background. It only has the dark background. Also, the app won't let me exit and I have to force stop it. It has major problems. Please do something to help your Android users using the app. Replace it!

My paid AOL email account is so unstable and full of spam it’s a shame.,you hardly touch the screen and it errors out every time. I’m sorry but I have to have a few other windows open and can’t close them just because AOL has so many glitches. Any chance at fixing it? I’m a paying customer! Thanks 😊

Your agent Rosemary needs to understand the automated message that is read before she gets on the line.
Rosemary accused me of rudely interrupting her while she read a canned speech about the benefits I would be giving up if I were to cancel my $37.99 per month subscription. I politely asked her to skip that and simply cancel. I did so because the automated message I heard before I was connected to her said that I could simply skip the message at any time by simply asking to proceed to cancel the subscription. That is exactly what I did and that is when she accused me of rudely interupting her. Unprofessional Really glad I canceled now!

The boldness of the fonts with regard to unread messages are much too bold, even if you are just logged in using the aol website.

Relocate the Report Spam button on the Inbox screen
I would like to suggest moving the Report Spam button on the bottom right of the Inbox screen to the middle of the screen. It is too easy to click Report Spam instead of Delete with the buttons so close together. Then you end up with the system putting good email addresses in as spam.

Unable to access reply to post
AOL sent me an email stating they published my reply to a post on the following article: Chappell Roan ditches agent over Epstein files: 'Change in our industry requires accountability.' However, when I attempted to view it, I was diverted to a different article. In addition, when looking at the list of my posts under my account, it also referenced that different article. I was able to look up the original one in your search engine; there were zero comments attached to it. Why is it that there's consistent flaws with your system? AOL is blocking some email from reaching Inbox. All emails should be delivered to Inbox or Spam. Please don't block any incoming emails.

Where can I send these nasty email I'm getting
I keep getting NASTY emails. And I DO mean nasty. Luckily they end up in spam and I do the block senders and delete email option. When I get phishing emails saying they are from PayPal, FedEX and some of others, they have an email I can forward those to so they can look in to it AND deal with it. PayPal even sends me confirmation they received my email.
With these NASTY emails I appear to have no recourse. Even if I do the block senders and delete emails, I have been getting more and more and more and…

Help with inbox glitch
Looking at mail in my inbox and if I want to move it to my folder it goes to the folder but stays visible in my inbox if i delete it from the inbox it will delete from the folder as well. Ive turned my phone off,Ive uninstalled the aol app reinstalled it and still the same thing. Just like when Ive tried to post here before it would post.

Get rid of two-step sign in.
I'm not logging in to Fort Knox. Password sign in is adequate. You asking for more data like fingerprint, cell number, etc is the exact opposite of what I want, and it doesn't solve the problem.

The SEND button on my AOL windows desktop email is gone! WTF??? AOL Android app is still there.
The Send button on AOL email has disappeared on the desktop Windows 11 version of AOL. Anyone else seeing this? How to improve AOL? Do you need to ask after seeing this?
