  5. My account is hacked by a user named micv22 and AOL will not allow me to delete the compromised social media account.

    This is an unacceptable breach of security. Why would the hacker prevent me from deleting a compromised account?

    Please investigate the details relating to user micv22 while I report this to government authorities, and we can discuss this when you are available.

    In any event, I want to delete this account and understand your rationale for allowing the hacker to determine AOL user security.

    AOL constantly censors my comments and according to the feedback it does the same to many many paying customers like myself. I call the standards fake because you flood the AOL sites and story's with trump who is the most dangerous person and the biggest liar on the planet . That is violating everyone's community standards. If you were serious you would NOT allow him on your site.

    i am continuously abused by player lucy_petrillo1 at aol poker. she threatens my life, lies about me and harasses me non stop. i report her to masque and the monitor does nothing to her. If i stand up to her she reports me and masque will mute me. this goes on and on. Masque punishes who ever petrillo decides to target. she has said monitor at masque is her friend, she brags she can do whatever she wants to and that monitor at masque thinks she is ****.   15. Search feature is useless!

    I need to be able to search and find an email I know was received. It never comes up on the search and instead I need to go through my deleted email to find it. This new email is useless and I'm testing out gmail already to just make the move over to a free service. There is no reason to pay for aol any longer.
