Make secondary verification optional, customer choice. If A needs code from B, B needs code from A; impossible. If B needs code from D, D from E, etc, etc, intinity effort; never access any. If need second password, or security question answer from customer to improve security, then allow option.

there is no Lara Green and no retirement... if you order jewelry from them, you receive **** that you can buy in the dollar store. Returns are impossible. Ads and News Stories
Your AOL carousel is full of advertisements and products, food and "how-to's" now. Actual news stories local (U.S.) and international would attract more people to your search engine. I'm tired of it and only use AOL for email now.

passkey password requirement on Mac is annoying
When signing into AOL using Passkeys on my Mac, I am prompted to enter my full Mac password instead of using Touch ID. This reduces the convenience and feels redundant, especially when the same Passkey login on iPhone/iPad uses Face ID or Touch ID smoothly.
Please consider updating AOL’s passkey implementation to fully support biometric-only authentication where supported by the OS. This would align AOL with best-in-class login experiences.2829th ranked -

Put up numbers so people can call & talk to someone.
I called the first time, got an answer & then no one spoke back. I called again & got I am sorry, but the number you have dialed have restrictions. I called one more time and i finally got through. I was told my waiting time to talk to someone was less than 5 minutes and next thing I know I got hung up on. Your numbers that you leave for people to call do not work. Try fixing the issue by leaving the right numbers for people to call to talk to someone.

Well, have someone to answer your help lines or have someone to answer the chat line.
No AOL mail service works and the 800 customer support and technical help lines ring until the time out. The live chat doesn't connect because, it says, no agent is available.

Why is my mail unavailable? I need access NOW
AOL is my main email provider. You absolutely can not have your mail servers down for any reason. You have to have backup or whatever. It's just not OK to not have access when I need it.

Why does AOL try to get married people to cheat on their spouses?
I am fed up with all the dating ads. Why do you send them to married people? Trying to get them to cheat? Plus, I have never been a lesbian and take offence at being targeted to try dating one. You guys push this agenda and it's sickening. I am a paying customer, and married 40 years now, I should not have to deal with this disgusting stuff. Just stop!

Allow users to accept or decline Ad's. I'm 60 years old and don't need or want to see Dating Ad's, Asian dating Ad's or sexual Ad's. It's very offensive for me. I've been a member / user since your inception in 1993. These Ad's are paid for which i understand but, we as users shouldn't have to be inundated with these Ad's. Again being 60 i don't need this stuff.

No Internet Connection
Please fix this error message. This program (AOL) tells me I have no internet connection when EVERY device I have is still running - including the device that I am accessing aol from (Surface Pro) where windows shows me that I am still connected to the internet. This delay happens way too much and is annoying when you are trying to get work done. Please Please fix it.

fix the problem you caused for AOL on Google phones.
I don't know what you did but The access buttons for email and home on AOL on my phone are not accessible any more they are hidden under phone system buttons. It a pears to be a position problem of the AOL buttons being moved down by 1/8 inch. Running Google 10 on Galaxy S9.
