2. return to prior email

   this "new" email format is treacherous to say the least. I have lost so many messages while trying to "save". Where do they go?? Why is something so simple so difficult. I would switch to gmail but have used this address for many years. I am so disappointed in AOL. Fix it!!!!

4. AOL Mail is slow/not responding in Windows Computer

   Unable to delete & move email, also unable to send/receive email.
   has a new Widows 10 computer, tried accessing email in Microsoft Edge & Chrome but unable to do any action.
   Internet speed is 830 Mbps
   Able to login and open an email on Chrome & Microsoft Edge but it's either very slow or not responding, then when the email comes up, we are able to open mail but will freeze & will no longer respond.
   Also tried incognito browser, same issue
   Email somehow works in basic version in Chrome & Microsoft Edge but very slow
   Unable to open AOL mail in Firefox
   All browser versions are up-to-date.

7. Please move the Send Button of a comment

   I post comments below articles and sometimes receive mail from other commenters. AOL notifies me that commenter has replied. However, oftentimes, the Send Button is not in my view and can’t be scrolled up to get in view. I don’t think it’s due to my laptop but would suggest you move the Send button above the comment block reply. Otherwise, it’s frustrating receiving a reply to my original comment but not having the ability to reply because of the Send Button.

    I have been with AOL for many, many years. Needless to say, I know you got a lot of flack for shutting down AOL's chat rooms and removing the messengers so all it is, is a news and email server and nothing more. However, here is an idea to make AOL extremely profitable again.

    Restart the chat rooms the way it used to be, before it was closed down.

    However, you could do an "AOL Premium" as well. For the premium price, depending on the level people pay for, they could get certain perks.

    For the lowest monthly premium, they'd simply have the ads removed from the chat rooms. For the second tier they get the ads removed, plus a basic ability to make profile pages, nothing fancy, however.

    For the highest tier, they would get the ads removed, the ability to make much fancier pages, plus exclusive use of "gold rooms" where those who pay the highest tier would get access to both the regular chats and premium chats, plus fancier profiles and whatever other perks you would choose.

    In this way, you would ensure that people WOULD, in fact, pay for AOL and use the service again as an integrated system which people truly loved. You would be able to out-compete servers like Discord, and you would see people coming back to America On Line in droves.

    The reason people would be willing to pay for it is because they would WANT the extras like having profiles and having the ads removed from the chat rooms. I do hope you take this suggestion seriously. Because there are many gamers, like myself, who sorely miss using AOL's chats and Instant messenger services.

15. I am reading my AOL mail today. It goes to today at 9:30 AM and then stops. The next email is August 15. How an I suppose to read my email

18. Your ads cover the arrows so I cannot scroll through news stories stop THAT!

    the ads cover the news area so that you cannot scroll through the news stories. When you click on the ad, it STILL won't go away when you return to the news. SMH aren't you people smarter than this? I won't and never will buy anything from any of these companies, nor will I click on an ad again just to get rid of it. I will stop using your news site instead!

19. commercials during gaming

    During game play I get 30 second commercials. It breaks the train of thought. Sometimes it's only a 15 second commercial but it still breaks my train of thought. I can't play like this anymore. Google has been up my butt to open an email account with them. Maybe it's time.

    EVER SINCE YOU PEOPLE AT AOL DECIDED TO CHANGE TO A NEW EMAIL SET UP, IT TAKES FOREVER LOAD. IF IT EVEN LOADS UP. SOMETIMES IT TAKES MORE THAN 90 SECONDS TO LOAD THE EMAILS. WE WOULD REALLY LIKE IF YOU FIXED THIS CONCERN OR JUST GO BACK TO THE OLD ONE.
