  2. Value the truth. Actually allow COMMENTS. Are you a supporter of the free press, or not!

    You have COMMENT buttons, but they're fake. Not working. It reads as supporting the new fascist effort to mold public opinion rather than value it. It will destroy AOL. What a shame.

    How safe is it to use your email AOL-YAHOO address ending with domain ".ru" in modern conditions?

  11. contacts

    When composing email, the recipients email address doesnt autofill even if I have the same contact information on my contact list. It happens on all contacts and all my available devices.

    Devices/ Platform
    -Computer: Windows/ Chrome or Edge
    -iPad; AOL App
    -iPhone: AOL App

    What I did;
    -Deleted the browser data (history, cookies and cache files etc.)
    -Switch to different browsers (Edge and Chrome)
    -Relaunch the browsers
    -tried to access settings to find a specific set up but nothing provides direction to correct this

    I tried to contact AOL help assistance, but we don`t have the direct fix…

  12. Contacts

    Contacts is not Missing but when I compose/ forward email, specific contact or group doesn`t show the contact information. I can add a new contacts but cannot update or edit an existing one.

    I had tried the following basic troubleshooting steps;
    -Delete the browser data (history, cached and cookies etc.)
    -Re-login to my account repeatedly
    -Restart the device multiple times
    -Tried another browser (Chrome/ Edge)
    -Tried on other computer or device (other Microsoft)
    -Tried to check my wife`s account and seems like everything is normal with it
    -Tried to export the contacts but it shows the heading but no further…
