changing name on account
I am in the process of trying to change the name on my account. The account is in my husband's name but I am on the account also. He passed away 6 weeks ago and it is absolutely ridiculous everything you want me to go through. You want a death certificate, 1st and last page of his will, names of executors, picture of me with an ID. We have been paying premium membership for 40 years and believe we have earned some leeway for this, especially when I could close it completely and go to gmail or yahoo for free.…

fix e-mail
cannot sign in to mail acct, Get a new code & all it says is cannot sign you in at this time Try again later. This has been going on for 2 days. Called for help & tech gave me a phone # to called because he couldn't help. THAT USLESS CALL COST ME $55.00 I'm thinking about calling me bank & saying that.s a bogus withdrawal That problem is for my husbands aol e-mail acct cannot get to it. Unable to clear recent activity on my IOS device when signing onto AOL mail and checking recent activity
I use the AOL private WiFi on my current device and cannot clear recent activity on my device at all. I can clear web browser history on my device, I can clear cache on my IOS device but cannot clear aol mail recent activity even with private WiFi active.

correct glitches
Sometimes very lately I will not be notified that a new response to an old email has come in. I only know this because I accidentally open an old email and see that there was a response that I had not seen and didn't know about.
Also, the number of emails in my inbox are incorrect. I have 16 messages in my inbox but it is listed as 28.

It sure seems like I am automatically blocked for having any ideas outside of the far left ideology! Prove me wrong.
Once one comment is blocked, it seems like anything I post thereafter for days is automatically blocked. I literally said prove it, and it was blocked. Ridiculous, that's called censorship.

add more checkboxes for selecting by day
It would be easier to clean out my inbox if there were more checkboxes that allowed you to select a batch of emails by day. Currently, there's a checkbox at the top of the inbox that allows you to check all emails or at least a sizable number extending over several days. Under that are headings for "Today," "Yesterday," "Monday," etc., then "Earlier in April," "March," and so forth. Please consider adding a checkbox next to Yesterday, Monday, March, etc.. Then I could mark the entire batch for deletion, look at that list, uncheck the few I wanted to save,…

What I'm witnessing on AOL now is a left leaning political viewpoint.
I have been an AOL lifelong account member and have witnessed the gradual procession to the liberal left leaning viewpoint of your articles. You are reporting negatively your views of the political right and righteously of the political left. I'm dumbfounded on why you would disrespect any AOL member group to push a political agenda.

Welcome Screen
Some time back the Welcome Screen News started to automatically cycle thorught the news every few seconds. It used to it would stay on an article topic until you advanced it to the next article topic. I liked to advance through the topic manually. I found that if I closed the welcome screen and then clicked on Welcome I would get the older screen that did not auto cycle. This is a hasle and I want to know how you can set the welcome screen to default on the welcome screen that does not auto cycle.

why are you not delivering emails sent from visa and network solutions ?
I get daily emails from visa credit card settlement and daily emails from network solutions when an orders are shipped. Are you retaliating because I stopped paying you 39.00 a month - for 30 years I paid you - and you didn't help then either. And you blocked not only reading comments, but adding to comments.

FIX THE NEWS POSTING PAGE!!!!
I am getting really tired of paying a fortune for AOL and all it "special programs" and then when I have something to say of value on a news page having the page skip all over the place and having to go back to the statement time and time again because AOL clearly does not want responses posted to their news. AND I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON to complain that I have read on here. And they need to loose their AI that decided what we can post and what we can not. I can't tell you the number…
