Exactly-You can improve by leaving it alone
After scrolling down and seeing all the other comments I realized I'm not alone. I also can see you don't pay attention to the suggestions, The changes you make are not an improvement, just something we have to get used to. It's so annoying I also am thinking of leaving even though I've had this email forever. What's the point of the ugly big initials that pop up next to email addresses. Bring back the original email page, it was easy to use. Old saying is true, if it ain't broke....you need to follow that and quit making stupid changes.

human response
have a human team to answer our questions. AOL is so distant from its subscribers and we cannot get any responses for our questions.

The AOL Home Page has no news coverage of the Truck Driver's Strike on New York City.t
The truck driver's strike will have a lasting impact in the economies of all states. AOL Home Page chooses to ignore the news of this event. AOL Home Page is overwhelmed with non-important social stories and prioritizes them over the news that will affect all citizens.

I've been with AOL 20+ years but this new "Ad" thing is too much. I'll be going through my 3 accounts & eventually switching a new provider
Either the adds at the top of each email category GO -- or I go!

Your stock ticker only gives the percentage of change from the previous day and NOT the actual point value, why?
does Elon Musk now own AOL too?

Please revert to the previous home page format. New format is bad for low vision.
Your new Home Page format has too many type sizes and I can't find anything. Also how do I delete the "Games" section for which I have no use? The whole thing is bad for people with low vision.
