Comment Section; Use better judgement before rejecting

fix the problem you caused for AOL on Google phones.
I don't know what you did but The access buttons for email and home on AOL on my phone are not accessible any more they are hidden under phone system buttons. It a pears to be a position problem of the AOL buttons being moved down by 1/8 inch. Running Google 10 on Galaxy S9.

The second letter typed in an AOL App on iPhone in the. Body of the email hops to after the preloaded Signature for no reason.
The browser freezes on a dark screen with no response on my iPhone 12. Is there an iPhone beta App for AOL as I always preferred AOL browser interface when I was a Gold Beta tester on a laptop via MS.

AOL Censorship
For several years, 100% of my comments submitted relative daily stories are REJECTED. I have NEVER posted any comment that was vulgar or inappropriate. My comments have often been supportive of Conservatism and Traditional Values.

Password change nightmare
AOL service is getting verse. Even to change password it take 2 -3 days. I used to change password regularly for security purposes but now I have to talk to a representative and then you wait and on his mercy and after all he/she tell me you have to wait 24hrs. Even I called after 24hrs I still have to wait another 24 hrs. Simple password change is taking forever. Very frustrated. Seems like to time to move on......

Deleting email folders and inbox of users of more than 20 years
I've had my account for over 20 years! And all my folders are gone now and I have no email whatsoever at all in my inbox?? How is this possible and is it legal to erase all my stuff like this? I had very important emails and info saved in this account in separate folders i created just for that reason and now theyre all gone! ADG issue in Address Books
Today I tried to open up my Address Book and all my passwords saved to contact name "AOL" are disappeared. Usually I click the edit and it shows up the list of password however right now the edit option greyed out so I'm not able to open it, we tried it using a web with tech rep, we can open the AOL address book, but it's empty. Please address immediately my concern it's so important to me those list of passwords.

Remove political ads from the "new mail" list.
I log in to see my mail. Not to see either political side front and center. I understand you need to post ads to support the site but at least make them non-confrontational. <eye roll emoji>
