    Do you not like this. There’s no way to change font to a larger text.

    I have been with aol for 22 years. I do not like this new format. May have to change to another email. This is cumbersome. I would rather delete my email and go to another server than deal with this mess

    Nothing works now. I can’t open my new mail. Hard to move things. Ads are what I pay not to see

    Omg I hate the new AOL! Can we have the option to go back to the “Classic” version. The new version just has too much visual confusion my eyes and brain can’t process it. For email simpler is definitely better.

    Put the last version of email structure back, or at least give users the option of new or old.

    I don’t like the navigation on the new version. I want to see my sent and draft folders with minimal navigation. It was perfect the way it was before. Also navigating between accounts should be one touch.

    Remove the timeframed catagories of mail. I enjoyed seeing all my new mail each on one separate line, i could see at one glance all of my emails listed in a particular folder. Aol you have just ruined a good thing

    Please Please change back to older layout of aol email.

    Is this just a place for you AOL to hear our complaints or is this a place where you will listen and hopefully fix the mess you have done to a perfectly working e-mail system?

    **** that I have to fix the email retrieval there are like 50 directions on my end to do this!!!
    You changed it...you fix it!!

    Not only is it unwieldy to quickly delete unwanted mail, but I don’t seem to be getting my mail. Scrolling down, there are gaps of one or two days of read mail. I know there have been messages I want to review, but they’ve disappeared. Whose idea was this?

    I could easily navigate before. This new setting gets things lost. Just return!
