New mail gets moved to old mail by just clicking on new mail. Frustrating!
Clicking on new mail should not illuminate any of the existing new mail. This new app is crazy in that regard. Are used to be able to keep new mail without any problem. Now you have to be very very careful that nothing is highlighted when you click the new mail button. Because what happens is anything is highlighted automatically gets moved all mail even when you haven’t read it. Very very frustrating.

Changing Image Profile on New AOL
The image that is given to you as a profile photo can’t be changed. This photo is located in the left corner of the mail or news page. This image can’t be change and I would like to change mines because I don’t like it for my name representation. Please fix this glitch so we are able to change it. My image is described as a skinny lady with shorts and tank top with red hair. I hope you understand which image I’m speaking about. I do not like using this new AOL because of the image that is defaulted…

If after CHECKING SPAM For Any necessary/wanted Mail There in Error then - DELETE THE SENDER AND REMEMBER or ALLOW TO DELETE A SINGLE OR SELECTION WORDS AND REMEMBER ! As Before!

I understand advertising enables us to have a free email app. I accept that
But you ask for feedback and ignore it.
I have asked not to receive Dyson advertising on twenty + occasions (I have a compensation claim issue with Dyson’s unreliable products) yet they come on a daily basis
Likewise, I’ve marked dating ads as offensive (fir personal reasons) and irrelevant yet they keep popping up.
If you don’t react to the feedback, I’ll stop using AOL

I saw a bold black headline “Grandmother attacked outside Falls Church store” and clicked on it before I saw it had “Ad” in light gray beneath. I live in Falls Church, and I hadn’t heard of this, so it was of interest.
When I read the article, nothing in it to include the picture, supported it as being Falls Church in Virginia. So this seemed deceptive and even not true, hence false information. When does something become false advertising, or misinformation, and is such advertising even acceptable in the US…136th ranked -
My contacts are not syncing on my AOL app.
When I tried entering an email or a name, it’s not syncing on my contacts.

I need to adjust the font for outgoing mail, using iPad.
When I used .windows laptop I could adjust the font for my eyesight.

I’m Done with AOL
As soon as I can change my email address from aol to something else and update sites that use it, I will be deleting the app. Obviously no one at aol cares that countless subscribers have asked for the option to have the app open to mail as it used to. Countless complaints here and not one response from anyone at aol.

Open email links separately in internet browser and not within AOL. There is no way to clear browser history as a result of the way it is no
I hate the way email links are opened within the app and not in a separate internet browser. There is no way to clear internet browser history as a result of the way it is now. Please uncouple the internet browser from app. I am just about annoyed enough to close my AOL account.

You need to have a timed action button for each email. One could be deleat in 30 days ,another could be save indefinitely, delete two weeks
You have a setting for each email for action in a certain time . You can have timed actions. Like important save , or delete in 6mo, 1mo, and two weeks . Another setting could be block this email.

PLEASE Turn on Mail Notifications for package deliveries 📦
It doesn’t work when I click mail [mail notifications] [active updates] and try to turn on the toggle for “Packages”. Please turn that feature on 🏆thanks!
