This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format.

This new system is not working for me. Give me my old platform back. Settings to classic this is not my old format. It appears you really don't want feedback... this is not a new idea. I would like my old format...before it was just a scroll down to view older mail , now I need to select pages?? This not an improvement..thank you

    I don't know what happened to my mail as it was. I do have AVG on my computer, recently renewed, however every code I put in is wrong. I do not understand why this is necessary. I do not like this very old version!

    I HATE IT! I always brag to everyone about WHY I wil still have this dinasour for email and I brag that is cause they don't MESS with it! and NOW they mess with it -- leave it alone!

    The new format is horrible, inefficient and not user friendly. The mail views are awful and cannot be changed, using contacts and lists are almost unusable unless you are on the AOL desktop version and still they are so very difficult to manage or use lists. This change is forcing me to move to a different platform such as gmail or yahoo to manage contacts, lists and mail in general.

    Please bring back the original format. Classic is not what I had and both of these other versions are terrible. Why are all my deleted or old emails showing up again. I spend half my morning deleting emails and then they all come back.

    How do I set text into italics or underline? How do I insert (not attach) an image into the body of the e-mail? These are just few of the functions that are either lost, or completely impenetrable in the new format.

    there aren't enough words to explain how terrible the new system / layout is. I can't highlight or change font. PLEASE give us the old system we are used to. the old saying goes," if its not broke, DON'T FIX IT !!..... YOU are the ones that broke it.... now fix it !!

    The scroll for new mail is awful. And my email is not updating. Please give us back the option of old format.

    They've merged read mail and unread mail so I can never clear my screen. I don't want to see my old mail cluttering up my new mail page.

    Please, please, please give us the old system back!! I have two accounts and one is this new system and the other the old system. WHY! I want the old system back, please!!
