    The new format is horrible, inefficient and not user friendly. The mail views are awful and cannot be changed, using contacts and lists are almost unusable unless you are on the AOL desktop version and still they are so very difficult to manage or use lists. This change is forcing me to move to a different platform such as gmail or yahoo to manage contacts, lists and mail in general.

  4. Help site does not help! Why not add a, "go back to old format" button so people can just click. Why make it user Unfriendly?!
