I have invested in online protection to the tune of 14.00 a month. Sense then, I am seeing changes that I hate, it takes forever and a day to get verifications from mostly used merchants, or I don't get them at all. What is going on guys???

Allow an email attachment to be opened without downloading it
In previous versions, one could open an attachment without having to download and save it. Please return that feature. If one wants to download and save an attachment, that should be a choice, not a default.

Remove check mark from stay signed in box on account sign in page
I see that you have put the check mark in the 'stay signed in' box on the account sign in page again. I do not want to stay signed in and I find it more than a little disturbing that you want to try to trick me into it. I take my online security seriously and would expect you to do the same. Why would you want me to stay signed in anyway? What's in it for you?

Ridiculous that Chat Support cannot see Open Support Cases
Had a Support Case by phone last night that I eventually solved - myself.
-Am on hold waiting for an agent - even though I am supposed to have premium support.
-So, I decided to try to Chat to have a Support Agent make a note under my case number that I had solved the issue.Chat said that they could not see prior Chats.
i questioned that and she said she could not see prior case numbers either (despite my providing her my case number.

stop allowing ancially.com to phish, there are many of them and even when one is blocked others appear in inbox.
you are not keeping up. everything that ever comes with

Allow me to block email from a specific country, e.g., *@*.de
I can block emails from @abc.de and *@xyz.de, but I can't block emails from *@.de. Why not?

Problems Help
when I move mail from the new mail folder to the folder files the email says it has moved..
but the mail still stays in the new mail folder and will not leave the new mail floder? If I close aol app and turn off phone then turn phone on the mail will disappear??

In the Android app, format the email print so that it has borders.
Printing emails from the Android app does not have borders. The app needs to be improved to format the print by adding borders.

Get rid of the ad at the top of new emails!
Is there some way to permanently remove the ad that looks like a new email? I have an ad-blocker on my browser (Safari) but this dreaded thing keeps showing.

What has happened to the text accompanying the pictures on the Welcome screen. I don't want to have to click on a picture that has no meani
The Welcome screen lacks text accompanying the pictures with related stories. I don't want to have to click on each picture to discover the content. It is a waste of time to have to do that. All articles don't interest me so I click through them and only read the ones that I want.

on 3/17/26 I placed an order with MARNEIC Confirmation#GLA8CLLXJ $59.46 Paid via ATM card I have tried numerous times to contact the company no results. There is also another company selling the same Item and after contacting them was informed that the order was not placed with them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Invalid email when copy pasting from a website
I just copy pasted a company email and I was getting an error message that said invalid email. I was able to get rid of the error message by typing the email instead.

Mail Filters
AOL can improve Mail by making the rules governing email Filters easy to find and easy to understand. Specifically, it would be very helpful if AOL Mail users knew how many criteria are allowed in each "FROM/contains" section. Without guidance, the user is forced to choose between creating a New Filter for each criterion (for example, in the "FROM/contains" section) and using multiple criteria separated by commas or another delimiter.
