  3. HACKED... when we add email to our phone it's duplicated by a gmail; I lost all of my contacts deleting that account that was meant for Aol

    I had a gmail account that was exactly the same as my AOL. That account was hacked but still exist, so when I was forced to download my AOL account on the phone gmail made it exactly the same as my AOL account which I already had a gmail with the same name, so when I tried to find the account, gmail sent me the old account and I lost all of my contact sunk into the new gmail they created. I already had a gmail with that name; now I want to know how to get those contacts back…

  4. sent here by tech support on x. Not receiving emails from certain senders.

    Since Mon 11/17, not receiving emails from some senders. Don't know all of them. The Athletic, gmail, optonline are a few. I have been told to have senders fill out senders.yahooinc.com. This seems unrealistic since how do I contact their IT department? I don't even know all the senders that have been affected. This was fine until Mon 11/17 when several legit emails showed up in spam. I marked them as not spam. Now many emails are not coming in at all - not to inbox, not to spam.Something happened to our account in last few days to cause some…

  5. The ability to whitelist a domain

    Please add the ability to whitelist email domains. I get voicemail to email notifications from my home phone which all go to spam. I have trouble receiving mail from vm.vonage.com and vm.slic.com

  7. Problem help

    when I move mail from the new mail folder to the folder files the email says it has moved..

    but the mail still stays in the new mail folder and will not leave the new mail floder? If I close aol app and turn off phone then turn phone on the mail will disappear??
    I can delete it but not move mail from new mail.

    I'm using a Samsung phone android operating system..

  10. Why AOL just block the Obvious Spam?

    Most of the Spam I receive is ridiculously obvious.
    --> It is Gambling Spam.
    --> It is Casino Spam.
    --> It is Fraudulent Invoice Spam.

    I get hundreds and hundreds of these every week.

    I have to wade through my Spam folder to find the REAL emails that get Spammed.

    --> Why can't we have a tick box that we can tick to send this spam straight to the Trash?

    It now takes me five clicks to reach my email, whereas it used to take only 2-3 clicks. Why????

    Disgusting and obscene, etc, subjects are making it past your filters. Oh wait, maybe you don't have filters.
    These are revolting.
    We have to check the Spam folder because regular emails somehow end up in there as well.
