How to improve AOL email preferences options
Dear AOL, I am unable to cancel or remove the top searched email in my AOL account. When I an in email and go to the top search bar under "email", I am unable to remove the top used emails I corresponded with. Alex at your help desk has been working on this for 1 hour and 20 minutes and exalted it to senior technician and they are having issues. SENT mail to be sorted by sender
Why dont you allow SENT mail to be sorted by sender like you allow in all the other catagories, so searching for a specific something sent by a specific someone is actually possible. DUHHHHH !!!!!

Reply email is too far down the page rather than above the last communication as in other programs. Please fix it.
Reply email should be at the top, above the last communication from the sender, like Outlook. Please fix it's very frustrating.

The Agenda and ToDo list are good additions, and I use them a lot. It would be helpful if I could print the ToDo list as a stand-alone.
Asking for an "Improvement" and then responding with a request for the idea is rather redundant.

I should be able to print emails in batches without having to install a third party software.

Clicking on multiple emails requires too much precision.
I tend to select multiple emails for some action or another (typically deletion). The new mail is so fussy that if I don't push EXACTLY in the square, it opens the email and loses all the checkmarks I've already made. I'm not infirm. It's too fussy. And I hate it.

Make bold subject after reading an email and then marking it unread and leaving in inbox
Make bold subject after reading an email and then marking it unread and leaving in inbox.
sequence:
1. I read an new email (which is bold and in "new"
2. I then select "Mark Unread"
3. When I return to my inbox it shows up as unread but is no longer bold font. I think anyting marked unread should be bold.909th ranked -

Please take the stripe along the left side when we forward an email.
Lately we get a stripe down the side of an email if we forward the email. We don't like the stripe. Please take this off!! This is down the left side of the email. We do not like this.

email preview no longer working
Email Preview Pane No Longer Loads the next email after delete
When in preview mode: Emails listed on the left and email body and text on the right. After reading the email and press delete, the next unread email will no longer load without having to manually click on it. Was this a new, recent change? This seems to have started a few weeks ago from 8/01/2024. Please fix this, as it's very annoying to have to click every time to get the next email to load.

The identify the pictures is not working right. It tells me I made too many attempts the first time I did it. I had the right answers.
It rid the of the identify the pictures. It is not working. The first time today that I tried to sign on, it told me I had made too many attempts and to try again tomorrow. Nonsense. I had only tried once, and my answers were right. It happened again right now. I already have a password and you text me. Enough is enough!
