Fix this - every 1-2 minutes while I am writing
Fix this - every 1-2 minutes while I am writing an e-mail on AOL Mail, the screen blanks out for an instant, I lose the last sentence I was writing and the cursor resets at the top of my message. What's going on? This is beyond annoying. This is NOT autosave.

Personalize the icons at the top of the email window.
Make it so that I can arrange the icons at the top of the email window, moving them oe removing ie Facebook.

Dates of email messages listed in the inbox are now totally out of order. Even when I resort the dates, the dates are still mixed up.
AOL changed the format again, and now I cannot get my inbox messages to line up chronologically. I have today's messages mixed with yesterday's messages and the messages from the day before, and so on. Re-sorting from "new to old" or from "old to new" does not solve the problem, as the messages just re-organize again, but in yet another mixed up order. I cannot trust that I have read all the emails on a given day, because there could be messages from that day wedged in with messages from other days. Beyond frustrating.

window size
Make it easier to shrink the size of the AOL window. Right now the window fills the screen and I can't access the arrows that usually appear at the bottom right of the window/screen.

notifications only for new mail in specific folder(s)
Currently most email systems have no discrimination regarding when notifications are sent which is why I and many others turn off notifications totally. However there are often classes of emails that we would really want instant notification on arrival. This could be managed through the existing (excellent) email filter system such that when new email was filtered and ended up in the "Urgent" folder (for example) the notification would be sent. Otherwise non-urgent email would not be vying for my attention.

McAfee Alert folder shows up after deleting it many times
I have a McAfee folder on mail.aol.com and I deleted it more then 10 times but whenever I close the browser it re-appears. I tried it on Windows PC and iPhone, on safari and edge and regardless of where I try the folder still re-appears after deletion. AOL please fix this bug on my account as was tested over the phone with call center rep on multiple devices, in multiple ways.

Why can't I insert multiple images in mail anymore. I can still do it on my phone, just not on my computer.
Until recently I could insert up to about 10 images into an email, depending on size. I still can, but I have to put them in one at a time, which means going and finding them each time, instead of selecting a batch and putting them in with one click. Please give us that back! I can still put in multiple images on my phone, just not on my computer. Why?

Capability to sort email filters.
Rather than manually searching for a particular filter from a list of email filters, I would value the capabilty of sorting filters to facilitate a search.

Why can no longer block all emails on Security settings for people not in your contacts it keeps turning that feature off now.
Why can you no longer block people not in your contacts list anymore when you use the spam filter settings? This now gets turned off automatically as soon as you exit it. Does AOL love spam ??

Don't close commenting under articles on AOL website
I've noticed, that under some articles, the commenting has ended, and now it's impossible to comment. It's sad. Would love the website admins to never close the commenting.

You RUINED my email defaults - writing, and signature. I cannot get it back the way it was. PLEASE FIX
Fix it. Put it back the way it was. It was fine and it worked. Now it does not, and I can see lots of other people have the exact same issues that I do. VERY little control over font size, style, and spacing. Business signature now looks like a 3rd grader did it. Please PUT IT BACK.
