  1. How do I return to verifying signing in after I checked the box to stay verified

    Can you tell me how to undo this stay verified request. I think I would prefer the being verified rather than have it open. Thank you for your assistance with this issue.

  2. I have no use for AOL any more.

    I can no longer access my aol account when I'm not home. I will no longer be using aol. This stupid verification was a horrible idea! I have to switch emails to verify and when I switch back to add the verification number, it's no longer valid. I have no use for AOL any more especially not with my important emails.

    I pay AOL 14.99/month for email service. I could use Gmail for free and you want to charge me an additional 4.99/moth for add free service? Outrageous!

  8. ALL of my emails are gone, but I signed in recently! So many memories of my dead mom, GONE. Thanks, AOL.

    I had NO IDEA that my AOL emails would be deleted if I didn't sign in in 12 months. Except, I DID. I signed in recently to retrieve documents I needed for something, so there is NO REASON for why my emails were deleted.

  9. Search options

    Why do you keep elimating more and more search options for the mail box. Now its only down to newest and oldest. This is terrible and need to put back what was there before especially relevance sort option.

  10. will not land on new mail

    I do not know what you did. I used to open aol mail and the new mail tab would open. Now every time I open my mail, it goes to recently deleted. I even went into settings and selected new mail for my landing page and it still does this. This is absolutely ridiculous and not user friendly. If this is your idea of settings that are easy to use, why should I pay more for even more aggravation.

  13. Fix the Signing in Process

    Why has the sign in process gone to pot? I used to select for a phone verification by call or text and it was virtually instant, now the call to me never works, and the text option doesn't work properly I have to wait for 60 seconds to request a RE SEND CODE then it works eventually, This is very frustrating and poor by past AOL standards.

  14. BUG with deleting emails

    Since about six weeks ago, at mail.aol.com, using latest Chrome on Windows 10, if I open an email containing links, and then I click "Delete" at the top, the email is NOT deleted and instead, one of the embedded links opens in a new tab.

    Now, the only way to delete an email containing links is to FIRST SCROLL ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP, and then you can click "Delete" successfully.

    This is annoying - and I would like to see this bug fixed. Thank you.

  15. No more picture games. I do not use email to pay on my computer Seems security only pertains to you. It does not.

    Endless pictures that have no clear limits and continue before tell that you have answered wrong.

  16. I cannot download Emails after Thunderbird updated to V 139.

    AOL/Verizon need to work with Thunderbird in order to have Thunderbird download emails from AOL!!! Duh!
