    Fix problems submitted. Don’t just post or combine them and do nothing about them. Allow domain names to be blocked as spam. I get about 50/day from the same Domain and can’t block them. I’ve had AOL FOREVER, but am about done with wasting so much time per day deletig spam.

    When i would compose a message and start typing an email address, it would search for existing addresses and I could select the one I want. This no longer happens.

    The ad halfway into my email list was annoying...THEN you added one at the TOP too because money is your goal, right (not the approval of your users). And NOW you obliterate a third of the entire viewing window with a HUGE strip of ads on the side!! How the **** am I supposed to view my emails in the 3inch wide strip that's left on my iPad screen?? This is the last straw - I've used AOL for DECADES but I'll be switching my main email account to your biggest competitor if…

    Instead of loosing business, get a new plan so one can actually send to more than 50 recipients in a day. Been with you 38 years...but going to gmail as don't have negative returned mail syndrome from them

    I've installed a blocker on my wifi. EVERY time I log in to AOL I get messages that suspicious threats have been blocked. Stop the bots. Clean up AOL.

    I have noticed Astrology stories every day on the news feed. Stop presenting Astrology as if it is factual. Astrology is a Medieval belief and has no basis in fact.

    Each Astrology story should include a disclaimer that the story is for entertainment purposes only.

    I DO NOT WANT TO SEE AOL NEWS WITH MY EMAIL !!! IT TAKES UP 1/2 THE PAGE NOW, YOU GUYS ARE IDIOTS !! I CANT READ THE EMAILS, NOW EVEN ENLARGED !!   13. Totally STOP asking for two-factor authentication when logging on.

    Around mid-April, when logging on, AOL Mail started placing a telephone call and asking for the 6-digit code from the automated message. We turned off "two-factor authentication" in Security Settings, but it still happens. There needs to be a way to totally disable this behavior, so that only an e-mail address and password is needed.

    Repost from a previous complaint. preview is very important to functionality. Users are being greatly inconvenienced by being forced to download attachments before being able to view them. It is time consuming to have to download an attachment, create a file to hold it in, and then open it. That is simply too many steps to go through view an attachment. Previously, a user could simply click on an attachment and preview it. The current method is too time consuming and makes that AOL mail feature inferior to the previous "click and view" method.
