Eliminate monogram-style initials before email addresses
The circles with stylized initials before each email in lists and when sending emails is useless, takes up space, and makes it impossible to highlight and copy or delete email addresses from an email.

Sorting By Subject
In basic mail, it's possible to sort the emails by subject. You need to put that back. I get alot of notifications from FFN.com, and need to be able to sort them that way, so that I can delete the duplicate ones.

Page freezes when typing
When typing an email, the page constantly freezes. I have to refresh the page consistently.

Allow printing of contacts in distribution list.
Saved email ALL contact list can be printed, but the Distribution LIST (in groups) can't be printed on their own.

When deleting emails, the screen that asks "are you sure you want to delete...?" should be made an OPTION! Slows down deleting
When deleting emails, the screen that asks," Are you sure you want to delete...?" should be an OPTION! It makes deleting take so much longer. Any accidentally deleted email can easily be recovered by clicking on the "recently deleted email" link at the bottom. Please, please fix this!!

Add More Holiday Themes!
Give users more choices of holiday themes. The previous version of AOL Mail allowed users to choose from several themes related to Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc. These are now gone. Why?

Right Click no longer includes "Block Address"
Will you please give us the tools to block SPAM? The right click does not work on many of the spam addresses

no good type size and spacing options
As far as I can tell, there are only two type and spacing options...1: VERY small type..smaller (and thinner) font than I have ever used in email. OR 2: Giant type with huge spacing between lines...allowing very little information on a page....which is not an option at all...just a big, fat magnification of #1. Most email programs I have used have multiple type and spacing view and compose options.

disable group by conversation
The GROUP BY CONVERSATION on my mail was disabled, and YET AOL KEEP grouping my threads, which is extremely annoying and I am losing documents from previous emails. Also, please DON'T ask me to go to twitter or any OTHER social media to get HELP, as the WHOLE point is to get HELP HERE!!! THAT is ridiculous and not helping anyone.

Put Back the Block Sender button, why did you remove the most sensible change, It was simple quick and needed few actions . Now lost how do I Block nuisance spam mail!!!!!!¬

More brighter background picture choices

The Agenda and ToDo list are good additions, and I use them a lot. It would be helpful if I could print the ToDo list as a stand-alone.
Asking for an "Improvement" and then responding with a request for the idea is rather redundant.

AOL IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THEY ARE NASTY! THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING THERE ARE HORRIBLE AND NO HELP AT ALL.
I would try giving the few people who still use aol some actual help when you service is NOT functioning. I bet you guys do this on purpose in order to get your customers to pay money. Since we have had no support from aol we are working on recovering our emails and switching to Gmail. Good job aol.
