  1. File attachements to be shown at top rather than end of email

    It is really frustrating that attachments are now at the end of the email thread - especially when there is a conversation over several messages. I couldn't find an option and this is the one thing that I don't like about the new format - but as I send and receive a lot of files it matters

  2. signature space is a problem

    I am very displeased with your new format. I was trying to revise my signature space and now it is too large and double spaced. this takes up too much room and is annoying to the readers. I also have lost the color to my regular emails I send. This is part of my signature writing program.

  3. Recipients overlook attachments that now are at the BOTTOM of emails we send. Put attachments back at the TOP where they were in Classic.

  7. Change it back to the old system

    This new system is Terrible, Nothing like the old one, not really usable. Adverts driver you insane. We now have Giagaclear cabling in our lane, so am going to change - It's also cheaper and faster. So Good by AOL

  9. carriage return

    Carriage return will not work in email. Can't separate out lines in email. Can't add a contact (because it requires a carriage return). It does work on rare occasions, but this is a serious glitch that makes using the system very difficult. It truly seems like AOL is trying to LOSE customers.

  11. how to sort spam folder in order of sender?

    composed email recipient drop down list doesn't always show all the names in my contact list! I have to go to contacts and click the name to start a new email to them. If this occurs because I clicked the "x" to remove a recipient in the TO box of a new email, please tell me how to get it back to being shown on the drop down list when I type the name in the TO box. Thank you.

  12. Requiring new login to an ongoing session WIPES OUT the search tabs

    Did I say thank you for the search tabs? Thank you for the search tabs. I hope you are still improving this option. Now that my mail is overrun with spam (thanks for that) the saved searches in tabs comes in handy. So what do you do next?....

    You implement a new mid-session login requirement - while I'm ALREADY logged in - in the middle of an ongoing/active session! The result?     If I read a new email on my AOL computer app, it automatically moves the new email that has been read & then moves that email to the old folder, but on my Samsung 23 Ultra Android AOL phone app, if I read the new mail, it will not change the mail & mover to old mail on my computer?   15. Stop continual pop ups advertising ad-free AOL when I currently am already ing paying and using that on another email address on this acct

    These pop ups just started recently. I have been paying for AOL for years and only recently started the ad-free service on another address in this account. I would think AOL should know this, but with this poor rollout of the new version, it’s not unexpected.

  16. 2 step verification

    I had an awful experience when my phone was lost at the weekend, and I tried to login to my account on a friend's phone to find some contact numbers of people from their email. I was asked for a code which was sent to my secondary AOL EMAIL Account, only that when I tried to find that code I was asked to insert the code for THAT EMAIL ADDRESS to my MAIN EMAIL ADDRESS!!! This is quite ridiculous. It seems if you do not have your phone and your secondary email address is also with AOL, you are locked…

  19. Bewildering changes.

    You can improve AOL by returning it to pre-AOL-Gold formatting. That was the beginning of the end; these current changes are the end. Just one example: the Reply, Reply All, Forward at the bottom of the screen. Having to scroll down through many messages to reply. Then when typing the new message, it disappears behind the Send button after two lines. What reasoning.
