    I’ve been checking in every few months to see if you’ve fixed this. You haven’t. All of these votes and pages are calling for this change. Slowly transitioning away from AOL now. The end is near.

    I don’t understand why they’re waiting so long to change this back. I’m sure it’s just a setting. You see that people are revolted by the change and yet it hasn’t been turned back. I’ll easily switch email users you’re not going to force your biased news on me. Speed it up. Change it back.

  4. Please go back to Classic email. Why do you mess with what is already good? I do not have the time or interest for you to experiment on.

    It’s been months. You see every vote below is begging for the app to open default to mail, no news. You’ve changed nothing. I go to check my mail and I see news about Trump. Everything here says “gathering feedback.” You got your feedback. I’m moving on permanently from AOL. Take care.

  12. AOL just changed something where now whenever I open the app, it defaults to opening the news screen. I cannot get it to default back to new
