  2. Help site does not help! Why not add a, "go back to old format" button so people can just click. Why make it user Unfriendly?!

    Restore the data in my address book now. You charge me for this ****??? I need to send a birthday gift to a friend whose address you have deleted.

    How can you just delete the entire calendar that provides me with all the important dates I have to remember? If you want to make things look different, fine, not helpful but OK, but to delete an entire database of vital information is unconscionable. I should have listened to friends and family years ago and dumped AOL.
