    Thanks for making my life miserable with this change. I am no longer able to use the site without any sense of working it correctly. Too confusing. Why the change anyway? Change for change's sake or a more ulterior reason? Any chance for those who are floundering to get the prior site back? I don't know how much longer I can deal with the new and, after all is said and done, maybe that's the reason for the change, Clear out users.

  2. Go back to the previous format. This one is too busy, has too much color and very annoying.

    Please give me back the old format so I can actually use AOL. The changes have me discombobulated. I feel so frustrated just trying to maneuver in the new format. Too much change and why anyway???

    Please put me back in the old format. I never wanted nor asked for a new format.
    the new layout is just a disaster for me anyway. Please change back to the former format so I can get on with using AOL.

  6. Go back to the old format. This new one is not user friendly. AOL user are older citizens and we don’t need another new format to adapt to.

    The new page is just confusing. Why mess with success as you can tell from the comments how many users really love the former page settings. Change is not always good.
