How do I block Politics, Government and Corruption from Welcome Page when signing-in to aol?
When it comes to freedom of choice, It would be nice for AOL to be recognized as the World Leader in Customer Satisfaction Rating for Providing Internet Service by empowering subscriber to regain control over their sign-in welcome page by providing additional categories to select as their default Welcome Screen when signing-on to AOL.
Our Nation has more positive and uplifting choses to learn, share and report than choosing to make a living off some people flaws, many are lacking and other people misery.

Please go back to the previous system, before AOL Gold, in saving favorite places. It was so much simpler and easy to do. AOL Gold is impossible to save and find favorite places. In the Address book, if you delete an address, for example, Johnson, it then automatically goes back up to the very beginning. Then if you want to delete another address or send an email to some one, you have to go all the way down the alphabet names to find the one you want rather than continue on down from the "Js." chat room issues
why did you put a "notify aol" button in chat rooms if no one is going to respond to them or do anything? So many evil nasty people saying hurtful things to others and when we try and send to you guys, it eithrr just never gets handled or it just loads and loads and loads and never sends. What's the point and when will the issue finally get taken care of in some form or another?

Here are some examples. 1) I used images in my emails routinely before aol gold came out. Now i sadly tend not to use images, because they won't stay on the same line i place them them on, but rather go to the left on the line below and then i have to re-size, cut and paste them back into the line i wanted them on (and even then sometimes they disappear altogether!)…

False Advertising:
I am writing to complain that AOL is engaging in the deceptive practice of sending out emails advertising what they describe as free malware, when in fact it is only a free 30 day trial. Those 30 days go by very fast, then - before you know it - you've got an unwanted charge because you didn't notice to cancel the trial. I am also sending a complaint to the FCC.

user names
Don't like the idea that you are unable to add or delete users from the main account anymore.
For some reason one of my user names disappeared when contacting help. I was advised that the master account would be no longer available to add/delete/modify user names under the master account, and the user that I can see under the master account was deleted. They were not able to even give me a reason why it was deleted and couldn't even help me put the user name back under the master account after aol deleted for no reason.

Why can subscribers by the paid benefits for at least 30% less from the software companies direct then what AOL charges?
Go online and you can buy Super Anti Spyware, Professional Edition for $19.95 which is 50% less then your fee of $3.99 a month. You can save at least 30% on all the other so called paid benefits. You call these benefits? How can you keep a straight face?

....AND REGULARLY CRASHES MY PROGRAM. IT WOULD APPEAR THAT AOL GOLD IS NOT VERY COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 7, ET AL. I ALSO HEAR THIS FROM MANY OTHER AOL PAYING CUSTOMERS. SO FAR, ALMOST NO ONE SEEMS TO BE HAPPY WITH THE AOL GOLD PROGRAM, ESPECIALLY AFTER REMOVAL OF A NUMBER OF VALUABLE AND USABLE FEATURES. THE SO CALLED AOL GOLD "TECH TEAM" APPEARS TO BE CONSUMMATELY INEPT.
