    Aloha, We have contacted AOL Gold tech support Team multiple times about the problem described below. If you can not fix this, please let us know.  We know many others have the same problem and there will multiple cancellations of AOL if it is not corrected. Please respond. Thank you,Tam Nguyen Starting mid November, a pop-up appears in AOL Desktop Gold with the following message:        ttp://csync.loopme.me/?redirect= https%3A%2F%2Fmatch.bnmla.com%2Fusersync%3Fdspid%3D181%26uuid%3D%5BUUID%5D.This message comes on every few seconds and does not stop. It stalls AOL Desktop Gold. My cancelling this pop-up does not stop it from constantly coming back.I contacted AOL Tech support…

  7. Software stops working

    Not sure exactly what the reason is but I have to re-install AOL Gold often, the premium security turns off and the settings menu will not open. I do not know the cause of this and it seems to just randomly happen, some weeks there is no issue. Other weeks it is 2 to 4 times a day, all of the settings will not open.

  8. account email notices differ. Same account, different computers

    I use Gold on two computers. I have a number of email addresses. In one computer when I click to change accounts the number of emails unread shows in a window. On the other computer it does not. How can you resolve this difference?

    All of my incoming, old and sent mail have a "star" before the listing....why?

  13. I am still experiencing the same pop-up day after day. I know you've had similar complaints I've called 3 times to complain, to no avail.

    Reading your AOL feedback, it seems many of us are having difficulties with the same pop-up that says nothing, redirects, etc, impossible to delete..very disconcerting. This a. m., it was relentless. What are you doing about this?

  14. ADG latency

    whenever you scroll through the emails it highlights everything the mouse passes through which is annoying. Please provide a fix to remove this feature which just showed up with the latest version 11.0.3316. How come we lost the feature whenever you add a new email address it automatically gets added to the address book, if you could please bring this back.

  19. Can't sign on securely - says your security certificate is out of date

    Trying to sign in on my laptop says "This Connection is Untrusted - You asked to connect securely to api.login.aol.com. but we can't confirm that the connection is secure due to a problem with the websites security certificate (Cert Date Invalid) Such problems may indicate an attempt to steal your information.

  20. Signing up for an AOL membership benefit has never worked at all for me in 7 years
