Aloha, We have contacted AOL Gold tech support Team multiple times about the problem described below. If you can not fix this, please let us know. We know many others have the same problem and there will multiple cancellations of AOL if it is not corrected. Please respond. Thank you,Tam Nguyen Starting mid November, a pop-up appears in AOL Desktop Gold with the following message: ttp://csync.loopme.me/?redirect= https%3A%2F%2Fmatch.bnmla.com%2Fusersync%3Fdspid%3D181%26uuid%3D%5BUUID%5D.This message comes on every few seconds and does not stop. It stalls AOL Desktop Gold. My cancelling this pop-up does not stop it from constantly coming back.I contacted AOL Tech support Chat on November 24, 2021. The tech support specialist named Flavius V was not able to solve the problem. He/She advised to contact the AOL Desktop Gold (ADG) team for further assistance.I did called the ADG team on the same day and spoke to Grace. She tried several things but was not able to fix the problem. She elevated the case (#17457516) to Level 2 Tech Support. She said that I would be contacted by the Level 2 Team by Monday, November 29, 2021. I was never contacted.I called the ADG team and asked for the Level 2 Support Team on November 30, 2021. The specialist named Ace assured me that AOL is "well aware of the problem and was working to fix it". He said that it should be "fixed in 48 hours". It has not been fixed as of today, December 11, 2021. In addition, I reported this bug several times to AOL.Other AOL customers have reported the same problem and complained that AOL has done nothing.As an AOL PAID subscriber, I am extremely disappointed that AOL has ignored my repeated requests. You have done nothing to correct this for that long. If it is not fixed shortly, we will cancel our subscription to AOL Gold. I am sure others will do the same.Please help and respond to this email.Sincerely,Walter

Hi, Walter. I have the exact same pop-up, and have reported the issue a myriad of times. This is the pop-up, AOL, if you are reading this!!
