GO BACK TO THE OLD AOL EVERYTIME I REPLY TO AN EMAIL I GET BOTH EMAILS BACK AS SEPERATE EMAILS
You have had more than enough time to fix all the problems, but you DO NOT listen to the consumer. When I sign on certain accounts it like there is 2 programs running.Also when I reply to an email it comes back as the original and as many times as I reply.

Why am I getting mail from friends in which words are not words but are gibberish symbols?? They did NOT send them that way, and I have no idea what they wished to say in the email. This is true on the computer, the phone, the notebook, anyplace there is AOL. EGAD, how incompetent can you be??? Reading WORDS is the point of email!!

rebooted twice within a week and not good for aol to not work
yeah i had to reboot twice within less than a week my computer because aol was not working correctly press continue, would not open up till i rebooted the computer i get aol thru my A T & T bill, get it thru them...when the aol is not working my phone does not either and when you are unhealthy like me and your husband is out of town and your phone is not working....NOT GOOD.....it worked after i rebooted the computer...should not be happening and also sluggish when coming on....not good when you pay alot more for aol because you…

Please get rid of GOLD until it works. It is the most frustrating thing since my teenage son left.
First just now, when I enter a letter in the address box of an Email it doesn't bring up the possibilities. Next, my favorites won't open. How can you put out such an untried product then have the cajones to charge for it.

Problem with Tabs - "Remember Last Browser Session"
Previously, browser tabs were "remembered" from last session and were specific to a given screen name. Now, when changing screen names, a prompt comes up to either close tabs or cancel. Unless cancel is checked each time, the tabs are closed despite the box in settings being checked to remember tabs upon reopening. Tabs that were manually closed individually can reappear.
It would be a great help to keep tabs specific to screen name and remember them when logging in again. Am I missing something?

GET RID OF AOL GOLD, IT IS A DISASTER
AOL Gold is defective. I hate it. For example, Favorite icons on tool bar won't stay, just disappear. Takes many tries to get online. AOL won't open with my email address, it opens with the wrong email address. Fix or everyone will get rid of AOL. I am going to gmail.

JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM AOL
it stated that sign on problems have all been resolved + forum comments are closed - took 6 attempts to sign in just now - enter pass word + nothing happens at all - happens on different computers + isp's - guess email was just another lip service , do nothing response from AOL GOLD - MSN , YAHOO , + all other sign ons are working properly !
