JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM AOL
it stated that sign on problems have all been resolved + forum comments are closed - took 6 attempts to sign in just now - enter pass word + nothing happens at all - happens on different computers + isp's - guess email was just another lip service , do nothing response from AOL GOLD - MSN , YAHOO , + all other sign ons are working properly !
I would like to have one of our Technical Support Agents investigate the cause of this issue. Please call us at 1-888-265-3733.

AOL should pay all long time paid users for time spent with tech support to no avail ! - or offer a refund for all time that GOLD has not functioned properly in all areas -

Please call us at 1-888-265-3733.-calling your tech support is TOTALLY USELESS + FUTILE + does nothing to solve problems that are built in to AOL GOLD - i have spent hours on phone with them ! - standard scripted response , restart , reload gold + etc. - problem is not with my computers , that work perfectly on MSN , YAHOO , + etc. - problems exist on other computers + other isp's - the only way i'll call tech support again is if i can speak to a qualified tech that has a workable command of the English language - when is AOL make a sincere effort to correct it's numerous ongoing faults ? -
