Two issues to take under advisement. The verification process is very laborious, had to identify literally a hundred images to progress through the AOL system all to verify why my password was not being acknowledged. Of greater importance: Please tweak the Desktop Gold software to allow the customer to ADD ADDITIONAL FONTS on the drop down menu . As everyone is very sensitive to branding the feature on the previous iteration allowed us in marketing, graphic design to gear our email correspondence to the visual sensibilities of our clients and reflect our own corporate identity BETTER.and more accurately. Remove Excessive Banners
For paying customers, banners should be minimized (meaning as few advertisements as possible; unless requested.)
Bring back the E-mail Preview pane. You've replaced that important frame with advertisements. Bad move.
Please bring back the e-mail preview screen; at least for paying customers. -
We need to be able to Unsend and email we just sent. We used to be able to do this.

Sometimes we write an email and click on send too fast only to realize we should not have said what we said in the email. We used to have an Unsend button. Please put this back. It's important.

As I scroll down to read e-mails, I often stray a bit and accidentally send my mail to the SPAM folder. Bigger margins please. Thanks.
Please increase the margins to the right of the e-mail so that it is more difficult to accidentally select icons in close proximity.

Very surprised, and somewhat disappointed that there was no news regarding the Daytona 500 yesterday.
Was very surprised, and disappointed that there was no write-up regarding the recent Daytona 500 race that was won by one of Joe Gibbs drivers followed by another two of his drivers in the number 2 and 3 place. There should have been something about this topic given that Joe's eldest son died just last month and was a big part of Joe Gibbs racing.

I downloaded aol desktop gold and gotta tell ya so far i have no idea why i would need it yet alone pay for it.I can access my email for free and use a faster more reliable browser for free as well. there no messenger and no special features that aren't in free browsers.

Headlines full of errors
Teach your headline writers to (a) write correctly in English (b) check for typos before their headlines go live. Today a "celebrity" was quoted as saying that people "hurled racial ***** [sic] at her" --fortunately the story got it right and said "racial slurs." And another headline used the present tense of a simple verb when the sentence was in the past: it should have said that an employee "spat [not spit] in the pizza."

I hope that you would develop or add a feature in AOL Desktop Gold that let us hear the email or have an option to make AOL Desktop Gold read emails for us.

Bold "Mark as Unread" emails
Could you make "Mark as Unread" bold again. It gets lost in the read mail. That would be so helpful.
Also, I would love to go back to the old way, where I didn't have to sort through every single email I've ever written or received to search for a relatively new email.

been months now + users can not set their preferences for topics on welcome screen - topics automatically default to useless , biased , outdated , + uninteresting AOL preferences , not the users !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Removing specific article or news from the welcome page overlay. The article is titled as "Amare 60" Wall-Mounted Single Bathroom Vanity Set with Mirror". The article would route me to a specific website when I clicked on it.
