folders
Before gold when I transferred emails to my folders I cold go to the letter of the alphabet in my folder & not have to gold thru the entire alphabet to get passed the letter "B"

Scroll bars all over the place on your interface.
Your Save Window Size and Position does not work. Furthermore, whether I have the window maximized or not I constantly have scroll bars when nothing more is open aside from Favorites. And when this happens Favorites is nowhere near the edges to cause it. I can get rid of the scroll bars by either pulling Favorites in to make it smaller, or by stretching it out to make it larger. But then in 5 minutes the scroll bars come back. However the second I open the mailbox or anything else (even tho it is not near the edges) the scroll…

filing emails on AOL problem since you switched to AOL Gold
When you switched over to AOL Gold...you disabled a very useful tool. When saving an email to a file on AOL..when you right click on the email, then choose AOL..and here is where the problems occurs....you used to be able to type in the first letter of the folder and it would jump to the folders that begin with that letter...since you switched to Gold now you have to scroll through the alphabet to get to the first letter of the folder you want to store the email in. This is time consuming and it is inferior to the old…

Here are some errors or changes that we would like to be made to AOL Gold. Most of these features were common in older AOL versions
- Right-click and select "ignore" to send an email to "Old" mail.
- Print date and web address at the bottom of printed material.
- Fix the speed of the text to keep up with typing speed when composing emails.
- Eliminate the nearly 100 spam emails daily. (some are vulgar and offensive)
- Graphics cannot be seen in new emails. (Only get a long coded number instead.)
- The ability to create and save font colors for emails and future use.
- Stabilize playing of videos that start and stop every few seconds.
- Make it possible for the website address in the address box at the top…

Since not everyone with aol was forced to accept aolgold I fully expect aolgold to provide me with all of the features that I have had.
I want the edit feature, my choice of backgrounds, colors, calendar, etc. I definitely feel discriminated against with this substandard model. I keep getting refused when I try to send emails with pictures in them for some annoying code of numerous numbers.. I want to know why I continue to receive notices that I have not yet terminated my old aol also. It's so helter skelter if whomever is sending them doesn't even have a record that I'm already being punished with aolgold. Show Number of files
Given the fact that when you go over a certain number of files in a folder that you can't reliably search for an email, you need to provide a simple way to be able to determine the size of the folder so you can manage it.

Click to open an image in email in AOL instead of having to click the save dialog
You now cannot click an image embedded in an email to view it. You now have to click on the file link which opens a 'save' dialog, which I should mention now conveniently opens up a advertisement laced 'save file' window. WE'RE PAYING FOR THIS for god's sake.
