Fix These Problems with Gold
1 - Should have to make up to six clicks to log on to the account,, 2 - can't read or write mail offline, 3 - Bring back the celebrity voices to sign on, etc, 4 - restore the ability to insert a background to e-mail, 5 - Allow the insertion of smileys, animations from other web site, like Incredimail, 6 - AOL e-mail smileys should not turn to a series of numbers, letters & symbols should not appear after mail is reopened, Bring back the old fonts and ability to personalize fonts and 7 - Activate the ability for images from e-mail to be saved to a fold. Presently, that function is "grayed" out. And I am just getting started because GOLD is a terrible system.

I am STILL having trouble saving drafts. Oftentimes there is a delay, then I find that it has been saved multiple times. Also, when trying to save an email group that I just created, oftentimes it just does not save. I have been having these problems since last September and have called your tech people numerous times. When will these problems be fixed???
