    I can't be sure, but I think I restored the Search function by restoring defaults on the new McAffee security software.

    Start McAffee
    Web and Email Protection
    Click on View Firewall and anti-spam settings
    Click on Firewall
    Click on Restore Defaults

    why can i not search on aol. now it tells me denied. i have to go to google to do my research. why is that. i dont like this aol gold at all... please fix thank you

    MCAFFEE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO GAIN ACCESS TO AOL GOLD. IF THIS CONTINUES, PUT ME BACK ON AOL "NORMAL" OR CANCEL MY CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY. (AND YES - I'M SCREAMING)

    There has been so many glitches in Gold. Why have they not been fixed? I have been a loyal AOL customer for about 20 years and this is the worst upgrade AOL has ever had. It's like no one is serious about fixing these problems. I guess it's about time to start looking elsewhere.
