Resizing images in mail
The resizing by grabbing the corners of an image is a lot more clumsy and takes a lot longer than the Resize in 9.8 ( decrease 10, 25, 50 % and increase 10, 25, 50, 100 % ) This really feels like a step backward. If you aren't really careful, the image goes to a solid blue and you have to **** around to get the blue image to turn back. If I was dealing with sending 10 or more pictures (which I often do, this will take a lot longer to adjust the images. Were I voting, I'd go…

AOL GOLD IS SLOW
AOL GOLD IS ****. IT IS ANNOYING, IT IS SLOW, AND HAVING THE AOL TECHS SAYING THAT THIS UP GRADED IS BECAUSE OF "
HACKING OF 9.8.2" IS BULL S..T
AOL, should have asked from AOL customers, what they would like and not like. Instead AOL unleashed AOL GOLD. Being a Paying customer for 18 years, and enjoying AOL and its tech team, THIS IS INTOLERABLE AND A DISGRACE.
PLEASE STOP ALL THE "SORRIES" and bring back 9.8.2.. Just FIX IT, don't destroy it, unless Donald j Trump is involved -

The new AOL Gold is Honorable.
First, All the pages are to big. It takes up the whole screen and you can't read it.
It needs to be much smaller.
Second, The "Mail Setting" doesn't allow you to set the mail for the "List New mail at the Bottom of the list.
Third, Unable to move folders in Favorite Places.
Please fix the problem.

Need to have the ability to change the font in the email listing.
Current font looks like the letters a bleeding - too much black. Every other program provides the ability to change fonts from a list of suggestions. The last suggestions I made took 15 years to happen. Let's not take that long again. That should be something that can be provided immediately!

Download opens so that the files to which you want to download to requires you to move the entire screen so you can locate desired file.
Open the download files at top of box not at bottom
Not a novel idea unless you work for AOL GOLD -
In Gold, the ability to elect to defeat Tab Browsing completely, needs to be restored!
Tab Browsing is a very serious detriment to the way we do research! It also needlessly occupies about a half inch of valuable vertical space on our screen. Whenever a new feature is added, AOL should design the option to defeat it if undesirable to the customer. It is disrespectful to do otherwise and it just be comes clutter. This alone is the greatest deterrent to retaining our business!

The Gold version doesn't bring over old PFC's properly and your techs know it, Address this fast as an imperative!
Gold can not bring over old PFC's in an orderly fashion.. Everyone's hard work to have an organized PFC has been destroyed by it coming over in an alphabetized fashion. If it would have to come over AS IS and then perhaps, give the option for some to have the option to elect alphabetized, would be respectful and optimal. I estimate at least 40 hours will be required *** around around to try to get it back in a semblance of order, so we can use it properly. This need to be acknowledged, and an effective solution with an expected…

New features should allow customers to defeat or opt out
Whenever you add a new feature such as Tab Browsing, provide a means for the customer to disable it if they so desire.

AOL Gold does not allow me to save emails on my C drive in sub-directories for efficient organization - my AOL 9.8 allowed me to do this.
Talking to 3 AOL representatives, I was told this function is not available in AOL Gold. I respectfully request that this previous function to drag emails to subdirectories on the C drive be installed in AOL Gold.
The work around entails coping each email (a two step process) to a text file, and then copying that text file to the C drive subdirectory that would also then have to write a heading for the text file with date and sender name. That is not efficient nor acceptable.
The AOL saved on my PC is encripted and can only be opened… -
On the Welcome page, having us go page after page after page to read an article creates the kind of disgust I see in Facebook with theirs.
In Facebook, the articles that go page after page after page create the most negative feedback of anything in Facebook. And now you are doing the same. I swear, 17 pages to read a single article? Give me a break!
