Does anyone at AOL read the COMMENTS?
It is hard to believe, that AOL has become **** For three weeks, every time I turned on my computer, I was alerted that AIM as of Dec 15 was NO LONGER AVAILABLE. It kept going till Jan 2nd. Now four days ago, I get a AOL ALERT, that I can only use AOL GOLD. No notice, no nothing. Then waiting 40 minutes to speak with a AOL tech and listening to the twangy music, I am told " SORRY"
What ever Team worked on AOL GOLD have to be FIRED. They are Incompetent. There are so many issues with AOL GOLD it is hard to believe, that No One saw what was coming, FROM PAYING CUSTOMERS. OUTRAGE.
Screen size is tooooooo big. My Favorites, putting things in alphabetical order is HORRIBLE. PLUS, I cannot Move them, to where i want them. They are locked in. But being told by the AOL tech that the reason for AOL GOLD, was for Security from Hackers, is NUTS.
9.8.2 could have and should have been Upgraded for security.
This Whole mess, is Not getting better, it is just making Paying AOL customers, ANGRY and Disappointed.
AOL should send out a letter to inform AOL customers.
Not sneak up and change without notice a former great 9.8.2.
