On the Welcome page, having us go page after page after page to read an article creates the kind of disgust I see in Facebook with theirs.
In Facebook, the articles that go page after page after page create the most negative feedback of anything in Facebook. And now you are doing the same. I swear, 17 pages to read a single article? Give me a break!

Can't you just write a normal news report. I won't read an essay When I click on a news item and it is titled Boredom Therapy I click right off. i am not going to waste my time reading a 12 page essay to tell me a 2 sentence news item..

Having to scroll through myriads of pages just to find that what was posted as news is not there, is frustrating enough, but to think we don't see what you are doing with these endless pages, is
offensive. We know you are scamming your advertisers, so stop. -

The front page banners that will ask the question like what do they look like today such as presidential family pictures of then & now!
It is a nightmare to have to punch "NEXT" but it never stops & the advertising is **** & in the way of ever getting to the intent of answering the question. The "NEXT" is nothing but **** & creates boredom & never get to the answers & it gets to the level of I just clock out of it since it lasts way to long & to no avail = DUMP IT or fix it!

When I click on a headline I want to get directly to what it refers to without having to go through a whole bunch of background articles, comments, and photos that lead up to it.

Print a one or two page news story instead of all those stupid multiple clicks that don't work half the time. I am seriously thinking of switching to another provider as AOL keeps making it harder for seniors to read the news.

As above or maybe you need to go to the "Next Page?"

I am through viewing your news content. TO MANY page clicks required, Forcing us to watch a long commercial before seeing content is the end. I'll use you for email only because I am too lazy to change. DONE VIEWING YOUR CONTENT !

Articles should be on one page, not have to click "NEXT" 15 times; it ain't gonna happen here!

Why do we have to read a ten page essay to find out what happens when a glass is put over a stick of butter. I am so sick and tired of news items that lead to a ten page essay with 100 ads attached. I won't read most of the news items.

Response pertaining to: Why can't we read a story without having to click "Next" after every sentence? I don't think it has to do with AOL Gold. It was happening on my AOL 9.8.2.. Boredom Therapy is one example. You can do a search using some of the words pertaining to the subject you are looking and find some with the whole story on one page. My problems are more serious than clicking next. AOL Gold now has my Documents all mixed in with My Pictures. Documents are now appearing on my Screen Saver.
