  3. Font, Color Not working

    I cannot change the Font nor the color I want for emails.
    Sometimes cannot even Save a new Contact to my list. Why so much trouble. I have had AOL for the past 20 years & never had so much trouble. :(

  4. Somthing is wrong with a lot of your setups that you have on gold aol and it is terrible.

    if I have a letter I am writing and I have another page up I am trying to send out it will place this into the letter I am writing, you can't have multiple pages on your screen, it messes up all the time. AOL 9.8.2 never did this, you have really ruined AOL program Go back to AOL 9.8.2 it was great in my book, loved it, I hate this AOL GOLD, looking for another program to replace AOL GOLD so I don't have to deal with your aol gold any longer.   12. This version of AOL is very challenging

    This version of AOL is very challenging. I have watched as several problematic issues have been resolved, others persist.
    I have designated my email to font: ‘Arial’ 12. Your program is ‘defaulting’ to a font which is not even available in your drop-down list: ‘Segoe UI’- 10
    I have to take time each email to override this as I compose each email. As I reply to emails; the fonts are also changed from their original to smaller, often different styles. Very time consuming to correct.

  14. AOL Desktop not detecting Flash player correctly.

    My default browser is Firefox and it is using the most recent version of the Flashplayer plugin. I have to use Firefox because Chrome, and Edge are not HIPPA compliant.

  18. The platform is back to taking a long time to load emails. Also, now address are being dropped off my mailing lists.

  20. Err3 error.. what the heck is that about?

    When trying to get a piece of email to go to my waiting to be sent folder I got that message. Why should there be any delay or error sending mail to my waiting to be sent folder? Why isn't it going through immediately? This doesn't happen all the time, but it shouldn't happen ever at all for any reason.
