Somebody needs to find out why one critical folder keeps disappearing from Favorite Places. Used to be they would just be hidden in another folder. This time it's gone! Not once but twice now. I DID NOT delete it! Makes me angry this is allowed to happen given everything is done online now and nobody has a clue why.

Can't add web sites to Favorite Places. Nothing happens. Just get Add Favorite Place window over and over. But can sometimes add a web site to a subfolder, but not a main folder, in Favorite Places, and then move it from the subfolder to the main folder. But this is not an acceptable solution. This didn't use to happen. AOL Desktop Gold keeps getting worse, not better.

When is AOL going to fix the favorite places to the way it used to be. First is I keep loosing my favorite saved web sites when I click on them. There there and then they just disappear. Does not happen all the time but about 1 out of 20 time I click on the saved favorite they disappear. Second is adding the drop down favorites like they used to be with AOL desktop. It sucks to have to open favorites, then open each folder and sub folders to get to what you want. I also hate everything being in alphabetical order. I used to put the most used at the beginning of each folder. Now i have to go all over the favorites folders to find anything. The people at AOL just don't know anything about customer service. AOL Gold has been around long enough to correct all of its problems. Time to get rid of AOL. from a long time customer
