    When I try to download an attachment the window with the location doesn't allow me to choose anything but the desktop, we tried reinstalling it, didn't work, checked all of the settings a nothing seemed to be wrong, please fix this issue a soon as possible.

    Cannot open video attachment. File format .mp4 and file size is 8.5MB. Why is this not opening? I am fed up with AOL!!!I have been with AOL for over 20-years!!!
