Aloha, We have contacted AOL Gold tech support Team multiple times about the problem described below. If you can not fix this, please let us know. We know many others have the same problem and there will multiple cancellations of AOL if it is not corrected. Please respond. It stalls AOL Desktop Gold. My cancelling this pop-up does not stop it from constantly coming back.I contacted AOL Tech support…

Everytime I sign on, I have to reset sounds in personalization, reset my preferences in general mail and add and remove icons in the toolbar. AOL can start y repairing this. Thanks

Software stops working
Not sure exactly what the reason is but I have to re-install AOL Gold often, the premium security turns off and the settings menu will not open. I do not know the cause of this and it seems to just randomly happen, some weeks there is no issue. Other weeks it is 2 to 4 times a day, all of the settings will not open.

I need help getting rid of someone signing in. This has been reproved before and all I am advise it to change my password which I have did this. I have three accounts and want to get rid of two but I have messed with these password so much, I am not sure what password goes where. I NEED HELP. ** @aol.come

Using AOL Gold I normally get a message that I have a file open when trying to send it as an attachment. Today I kept getting an EC 4001 and a message that needed an address to send the email. Looks like there is a bug in the system that did not give me the correct error message.

Can't sign on securely - says your security certificate is out of date
Trying to sign in on my laptop says "This Connection is Untrusted - You asked to connect securely to api.login.aol.com. but we can't confirm that the connection is secure due to a problem with the websites security certificate (Cert Date Invalid) Such problems may indicate an attempt to steal your information.

Red number on aol desktop gold email
I have noticed that when I'm on aol desktop gold on my desktop which has amd hardware, the red number by the read icon goes down as I'm going through my email and yet on my laptop, which has intel hardware, the red number by the read icon doesn't always go down as I'm going through my email.
Looks like a bug in the aol desktop gold software.

I COPY AND PASTE TO AOL EMAIL.
AFTER IT IS SENT IT IS RECEIVED DOUBLE SPACED
IT ALSO HAPPENS WHEN I TYPE DIRECTLY IN AOL EMAILI TYPE AOL EMAILS SINGLE SPACED.
AFTER THEY ARE SENT,
THE EMAILS RECEIVED ARE DOUBLE SPACED.
PLEASE FIND A WAY TO CORRECT THIS.

Uninstalling OLD AOL 9.8
I have been using the new AOL Gold for years.
I hadn't uninstalled the old AOL 9.8.
I can find old aol directories and files going back earlier than 2019.
also 2018 & 2017 files & directories named C_AOL Desktop 9.8.2 & 2a
I ran the old uninstaller program and though it took a very long time, it showed an EMPTY "Select Applications to Uninstall"There was never an explanation of HOW to remove all the junk that the old AOL 9.8 has now become. When & How will you address this issue?

After getting the newest update for aol desktop gold, the email, while improved, is still not right and I have had the aol software close out of the blue while going through email.
