Issues still present in aol desktop gold
There are still issues present in aol desktop gold.
1) Icons are missing from under safety all the way to help. This only affects computers that have an amd processor.
2) videos still play on auto on the welcome screen.
3) No manual update for check for updates.
4) The software causes my hard drive light to stay solid for a good 10 minutes before turning off.
There may be other issues present still, but these come to mind.

This is a terrible problem! Often, when a NEW email is read, it 'disappears' into the OLD email file and the cursor goes up to the first New email on the list. I have to search for the 'missing' email I just read and want to respond to, and then I have to search for where the last email I read was located so I can continue to read my emails in order received. PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM. IT'S CRUCIAL!

I am having the same issue and have reported it as a bug and feedback many times and it remains unfixed. AOL never responds to paying customers. They have become a total joke!

in the past, when done reading a new mail, it would still appear in the new mail list, with a red check indicating it had been read. Today, the new upgrade removes the read email and places it in old email.
THAT MUST STOP. Emails that have been read need to stay in the new mail listing until the end of the session, as it has for decades. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY. -

When I send MYSELF a CARBON COPY (CC), it should go to NEW MAIL FOLDER and STAY THERE until I delete it.
HOWEVER, my CC mail is TRANSFERING over to SPAM FOLDER on its own! I have no way to stop this from happening. I have brought this issue to AOL TECH SUPPORT .. seems they can not figure out how to STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING!!! Please figure it out and and respond to me. Thank you,
