In your Hot News you are showing American stamps at a discount. That is NOT by the U.S. Postal Service!! The U.S. Postal service has a special coating on their stamps that shows up with ultra-violet light and these do not. If the USPS tests the letters, they can sue, they can NOT deliver your mail if they choose to. This is like using fake money to buy things. It should not be shown through AOL under Hot News!! If you want our USPS to go under, then use those and find a way to deliver your own mail because our USPS will go under.
