  1. A Thank You for fixing the problem I was complaining about.

    When I deleted the spam it went into the recently deleted folder. Had to delete twice. You fixed it. Thank You.

  4. I had some problems and you guys tried to fix it a few times but this last time finally WORKED!! Everything is perfect now. Thanks so much

    Thank you for fixing my many AOL problems. It all happened after Microsoft did an update. It's finally perfect. Whoever did the last fix did a great job!!

    Thanks Tech Support Master Guru ! After two regular Techs failed to correct my issue with " Private Wifi ", even after re-installing, twice. Someone quietly fixed the issue. Now it seems to be working! Thanks Master Guru ..from Gary

  8. Toolbar Enhancements

    First of all, THANK YOU SO MUCH for changing the "Explore" and "Radio" icons! They look so much better!

    I would still like to see the ability to be able to change the entire toolbar including the static icons (Finance, etc) because some of us don't use them. It would just be nice to be able to customize the entire toolbar.

    Also, is there a way to make the "search" button on the far right look in place, like the other buttons, such as go, etc? It just looks weird and out of place. Like someone just stuck it there…

    Thank you for the great work on catching spam emails. You caught 231 times in two weeks.

    I always recommend AOL premium to everyone for that reason alone.

    THANK YOU! Now for the first time in a year when I hover the mouse over the graphics on my web site, I can once again see the alternate text. This makes a big difference for me as I have a large site and make free graphics for the web.

  15. Links in emails being sent are now hyperlinks. Thank you.

    This fix was as per your last improvement. Thank you. I was struggling with this every time I typed a link in an outgoing email. In order to make the link live I'd have to type something under it and then delete what I typed. I didn't want to bother to use that "Add A Link" thing.

    Thank you for bringing back a useful, friendlier AOL. I missed e-mail signatures, plus other useful items. Thank you. Could you limit or give the user options for reducing non relevant ads, so many ads appear that I have no use for or interest in. Thank you
